My son received the hover 1 cart combo for Christm...

My son received the hover 1 cart combo for Christmas and loves it! The only problem was the charger broke and straps the connect the board to the cart ripped. I sent Hover 1 support an email regarding my problem and they sent out replacements the same day! Best customer service I've received since Nordstroms. Top Notch!

I order a pair of Hype wireless ear buds after using them only 10 or 12 times they stopped working. I had a warranty left on the ear buds so, I sent them back after going through all the things I needed to. I sent them back on June 17, 2016, I was told that it would take some time to get my replacement item. I waited a month before I contacted them again asking about my product, they responded to me saying they are sorry for the delay and that they are working on getting my replacement item. These emails were sent to me by their "customer services specialist" Myrna L. and after some time I forgot about my product in August of 2016 I sent a few emails asking about my product and I was told again that they were sorry and that they lost my product and they were looking for it. I kept asking about them and they just told me the same thing that they were sorry and they were going to be sending them back in the next 2 weeks, nothing was said from them for the next month. Until December was the first time I gave up and wanted my money back. I asked for my money back for they stole my product. I asked again and again for a full refund or that I get my product back they had a new person talk to me, Arlene Sanchez, she told me that they were working on getting me my product. On march 1st she sent me an email after I ask for a refund fo the 3rd time saying that they are sorry and that I was at the top of their list and that they were sending me my product and a "care package" This is 9 months after I first sent them off. Top of their list meant nothing.I heard nothing till I sent another email on April 24 this was when after 10 months of waiting I was told they no longer stock my product. They ask if I wanted to "Upgrade" to a new headset, I said yes for I just wanted to get done with the company after I told them I would like te new product I went to find the headphone and see what they cost. I spent 2 hours looking and I found them only on eBay for less money than what I spent on the earbud 10 months prior. They asked for my shipping address and I received my new headphones 11 months after sending my product off I finally got something back. They are worth less than what I paid I was lied to repeatedly. I never got my type of product I wanted and now they are just going to sit in the box they came in if they break then I will just throw them away it's not worth the time or the money to wait for them to figure what to do. I have lost a lot of time and money. I will not be buying anything from them again they have left a bad name for themselves.

Bought a Hover board for my daughter for Christmas. There wasn t a charger in the box. I emailed them asking how to obtain one. Not only did they reply within minutes, they were so nice about everything. They had a charger shipped out the next day! The best Customer Service I ve ever received!

I had a bad experience not with the product but with the logistics of getting the product ordered and shipped. I bought the Hype scooter and it seems that the breakdown occurred between Bed Bath & Beyond and DGL. I will say that there was a lot more to it than that, but DGL more than made it right with me. Jen P at DGL turned my review from a one star into a 5 star. I even mentioned these Google reviews and how they had me concerned and she informed me that they are working hard to clean this up. They did well with me.

The camera on our newly purchased drone was not working. I reluctantly went to the company s website and filled in the contact info and sent it off.

I honestly thought I would probably never hear back from them. To my complete surprise and astonishment not only did I hear back the next day but the company promised to mail out a new camera immediately!

I am super impressed DGL Group. You certainly have my highest recommendations!

I had just purchased two VIBE brand 6 ft long USB ...

I had just purchased two VIBE brand 6 ft long USB cable extension cords from this company, and was concerned that no matter what cord of mine I used to attach, or which one of theirs, there was a sizable gap between the male & female plugs while fully inserted, with the metal showing.
To me, whenever bare metal is exposed on an electrical cord, that means a hazard.
When I searched for the manufacturers phone number, I came across this website. My heart fell seeing the poor reviews.
I went ahead and made phone calls, but the default always went to an unanswered voicemail to an Arlene Sanchez. I had no luck with my calls being returned, either.
However, seeing the recent spate of replies, with their email, gave me hope I might get a timely response. To my great surprise, in an hour I received a reply!
I was told the gap is safe and that the company was working hard to improve their customer service department.
Hurrah! Best wishes to the customers here to receive exemplary responses to your extraordinarily bad service and this brand can repair their reputation.

I bought a Hoover 1 XLS electric bike and it had a defective tire that wouldn't hold pressure. Contacted support and within one day they had sent out a new tire. I thought. When it arrived it was a complete wheel and tire under pressure and with a new axle just in case. Folks it doesn't get much better than that. Twenty minutes I was up and running and it is great fun. Hauls my 240 lbs around at 19.5mph just like the add says. Buy one you will be glad you did.

Hover 1 alpha defective folding latch. Submitted a detailed multi/photo ticket, got a response from hover 1 support saying it's defective and had instructions to decommission the scooter and a replacement will be sent. Sweet, right? Decommissioned the scooter where I was instructed to, and have reached out 4 times the last 10 DAYS, with no response. Please, Give me my scooter, or my money back. I paid for a scooter, and don't have one now. Someone please get back to me!

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND COMPANY!! Last summer, I purchased four ($35 ea) RGB LED bulbs and the remote from Fry's electronics for my photo studio. The instructions were poorly written and the "system" did not work without a lot of messing around. Then one of the bulbs failed to connect; DSL Customer Support would not respond, but Fry's provided another. After 3 uses, the system completely failed to connect despite numerous re-bootings and re-settings. There is no phone number for customer support at DGL, so I sent two emails. DSL did not reply to either, after a month. I have since discarded over $140 worth of their lights, and have purchased a different system. DGL's products failed to work and the company has acted completely irresponsibly when given the opportunity to do right by its customer. THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A RESPECTABLE BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!

My drone didn't work on two occasions. But I contacted customer service and they stayed with me for several weeks, to replace units, and response time was always quick, professional. We finished by upgrading to a drone with more power and function at a very nominal fee. Very happy with customer service.

I bought a scooter 6 months ago, it only has 3 months warranty, I contacted the manufacturer by the website and I was only told that I had no guarantee and that they could sell me another refurbished scooter, the only thing I need is the electronic part and on the website is not available to order the part for the scooter hover-1 journey, the customer service is exttemely bad and there is no phone number to talk to someone either, I'm ver upset with this, I'm electronic engineer

The worst products i have ever come across in my entire life. I feel so sorry that there is no 0 star option. If you are reading this remember never to try any of there products including Vibe, Hype and live love Music. Like once it happens i get that but it happens to me three times in a row. Their products don't even work out of the box.

This company required me to send an email for tech support because they don't work on weekends.
I don't use their products weekdays, only weekends. I would hope that the distributor of electric leisure products would have tech support available while their customers use them.
Their 2015 website did not address troubleshooting or technical support, so it may be that they are overworked or understaffed. I sent an email to request tech support for a couple of HYPE Bluetooth speakers that looked durable at the store last month. I hope that they respond.
They responded to my email and explained that September 22 is new year holiday for their culture, but they would try to talk me through the setup when I got a chance. They also recommended that I research the manual that came in the box and to follow the instructions. I'm the Dad, I've never seen the manual, but the kids presume they are tech savvy.

Once I was able to get into contact with this company, the issues was resolved withIn an hour. Within two days our new set of crayola speakers were on their way and we received the tracking number. I had to call crayola to find out the manufacturer's information was the only down side. We had already thrown the box away and there is nothing on the product itself, that I could see, stating who made it. But crayola was happy to help, they gave me the phone number, which then gives you an email address, some other of the brand affiliates may not know there was a change from a phone number and email to only email. All I had to do was email my name, product item number,( got it all of the website where we bought them) where we purchased them, and the issue. I got an almost imidiate response.But overall wonderful customer service and exceptionally fast!!!

The phone number listed just is a recording and you can't get through to a person. I have sent and email and will see if they respond. Purchased a hoverboard and it lasted 1 week and can't get through to resolve the issue as the store return date had pasted.
I will see if I get a response from my email and will update review if resolved. At this point, this company feels like a fraud with no real company attached.

So far the customer service is terrible...very disappointing to a child. XLC Quadrone purchased...e-mailed for a new charger as the one that came with it does not work....no response. I am trying one more time...if again no response then I will be returning and buying a different brand.

Received dancing speakers as a gift missing a charging cable. After several messages to customer service and purchasing on my own a charging cable it was then discovered the battery would not take a charge. My 86 yr. old grandmother misplaced the receipt and wanting to make this special gift work I reached out again asking if they would send just the charging speaker. To my surprise and ultimate joy they shared they would send out a new complete set. I just received it, & am so excited they stood by their word. I was discouraged with the company on there customer service yet they came through with flying colors at the end. To make right a product that was defective without the receipt speaks volumes and more important to me they made a gift right from a Nana that means the world to me. THANK-YOU !!!!!!!

The BEST, really THE BEST, customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They did everything within their reach to resolve my issue (damaged handle bar). To the point that, after the store (BestBuy) declined to exchanged the product, customer service sent me a brand new buggy.

Been receiving email support from this company sin...

Been receiving email support from this company since august 12 2019 for a hover board titan 1 that would not connect to their app. I was finally sent 2 new motherboards in December after being told they thought the Bluetooth motherboard was bad. the hoverboards were the wrong ones. I have sent numerous emails in January to the same support email and no one is responding. Tried calling and no one picks up including the operator.

It s a shame that I spent money on a $400 hoverboard that has not functioned correctly since day one and after months of support your company drops the ball and stops communicating.

I had a Hype Prima Folding Headset that stopped playing music in one of the ears and followed the warranty claim instructions Hype provided on the instruction card that came with the headset. I reckon that the process from my initial email to receiving a BRAND NEW headset was possibly the easiest and most efficient business processing I have ever witnessed; all of it was complete in 5 calendar days even as I had to ship my product from Salt Lake, Utah to Edison, New Jersey. This company does care about their consumers and stand steadfast by their product. I could not be any more pleased^_^

You Once Again. You have Great Customer Service and Warranty Service. The Post Office managed to get your package with a new Front Caliper here a day early. Install was easy and it is ready to go. If it were not for the fact that it is 103 degrees right now in Palm Desert, CA. Trying to avoid the battery from shutting down in this heat. Look forward to testing it later tonight or first thing in the morning when it is much cooler. Small test inside the house seems to be just fine. No adjustments needed. Thank You so much for Your Help in Getting my Adult Toy Back On The Road.

I purchased a Hover 1 Aviator on December 9th, 2 days later I get an email that the item has been shipped been tracking it since and all it says is that the label was created that It's ready for UPS to pick it up. Come to find out 10 days later that the item never left their facility so thanks a lot there goes a Christmas ruined!

GREAT customer service, pleasant, quick and best of all took care of the problem. Keep it up, as a business owner myself, I know what these reviews mean, a ton....... GREAT JOB.
