I order a pair of Hype wireless ear buds after using them only 10 or 12 times they stopped working. I had a warranty left on the ear buds so, I sent them back after going through all the things I needed to. I sent them back on June 17, 2016, I was told that it would take some time to get my replacement item. I waited a month before I contacted them again asking about my product, they responded to me saying they are sorry for the delay and that they are working on getting my replacement item. These emails were sent to me by their "customer services specialist" Myrna L. and after some time I forgot about my product in August of 2016 I sent a few emails asking about my product and I was told again that they were sorry and that they lost my product and they were looking for it. I kept asking about them and they just told me the same thing that they were sorry and they were going to be sending them back in the next 2 weeks, nothing was said from them for the next month. Until December was the first time I gave up and wanted my money back. I asked for my money back for they stole my product. I asked again and again for a full refund or that I get my product back they had a new person talk to me, Arlene Sanchez, she told me that they were working on getting me my product. On march 1st she sent me an email after I ask for a refund fo the 3rd time saying that they are sorry and that I was at the top of their list and that they were sending me my product and a "care package" This is 9 months after I first sent them off. Top of their list meant nothing.I heard nothing till I sent another email on April 24 this was when after 10 months of waiting I was told they no longer stock my product. They ask if I wanted to "Upgrade" to a new headset, I said yes for I just wanted to get done with the company after I told them I would like te new product I went to find the headphone and see what they cost. I spent 2 hours looking and I found them only on eBay for less money than what I spent on the earbud 10 months prior. They asked for my shipping address and I received my new headphones 11 months after sending my product off I finally got something back. They are worth less than what I paid I was lied to repeatedly. I never got my type of product I wanted and now they are just going to sit in the box they came in if they break then I will just throw them away it's not worth the time or the money to wait for them to figure what to do. I have lost a lot of time and money. I will not be buying anything from them again they have left a bad name for themselves.
