I had a Hype Prima Folding Headset that stopped playing music in one of the ears and followed the warranty claim instructions Hype provided on the instruction card that came with the headset. I reckon that the process from my initial email to receiving a BRAND NEW headset was possibly the easiest and most efficient business processing I have ever witnessed; all of it was complete in 5 calendar days even as I had to ship my product from Salt Lake, Utah to Edison, New Jersey. This company does care about their consumers and stand steadfast by their product. I could not be any more pleased^_^
