Have tried to call and no one answers after my son...

Have tried to call and no one answers after my son purchased a Eagle 1 Scooter at Walmart on 12/28 that now does not work with his own money. Received a ticket back from email over a week ago but have tried to call everyday to get resolved for my son? Unbelievable??
