Been receiving email support from this company sin...

Been receiving email support from this company since august 12 2019 for a hover board titan 1 that would not connect to their app. I was finally sent 2 new motherboards in December after being told they thought the Bluetooth motherboard was bad. the hoverboards were the wrong ones. I have sent numerous emails in January to the same support email and no one is responding. Tried calling and no one picks up including the operator.

It s a shame that I spent money on a $400 hoverboard that has not functioned correctly since day one and after months of support your company drops the ball and stops communicating.
