I would have loved to have given a higher rating, the original experience was great. However, I bought a Toyota pickup truck from the Toyota dealership. I did not check to see if the tailgate latched. And when I went to use it less then a week later, it was locked. I headed to the dealership to see about the other keys since the single key I had didn t work it. I was told to go sit as a child. I was talked to as a child by the staff and management. The simple fix could have been to just cut the 10$ key. Since they are a Toyota dealership. When the manager came to talk to me he insisted that I just go see a locksmith instead. Like I just got a truck I shouldn t have to go see anyone else for my keys. I spent my hard earned money which they are all to happy to take but afterwards the customer service is very dismissive.
The paper work for the finance department was very easy to complete. Yet my job doesn t allow me to get home as often as I would like. I had to send it to the personal number of a team member who after receiving brushed me off on several attempts to make sure everything was good with the paperwork, so I had to physically go in to verify that it had been received. Where I was told that he was talking and I needed to sit when we were standing and talking. Being dismissed as if I was a child after you had no problem smiling and taking my money was quite rude.
So In short take your money elsewhere, they were great to start but customer service is severely lacking.
The sales guy was great, but more concerned with being in his phone and dealing with personal matters of his because he already had the sale. And after the test drive did bare minimum on paperwork or anything else.
