Worst service I have ever received My 2011 Forester was recalled for excessive oil consumption. They replaced the engine and it is using oil as much as it ever did. Matt in the service department keeps making up excuses, telling me that Subaru's use oil which is total BS. When I showed him the spark plugs with burnt on oil deposits, he told me it was bad gasoline. Won't go back there for service ever again.
