Luke in the service department went above and beyond in helping me! I came in thinking I knew what was wrong with my vehicle, but a diagnostic revealed a more complex issue that was going to take a lot of time and money to fix. Luke set me up with a loaner and made a request to Subaru to get the repair covered under warranty. It did end up being covered, and I was kept well-informed every step of the way.
