I'm not sure why but this dealership sent me an email asking me to leave a review here after I had already provided feedback through their portal. I had to get routine service and there were so many customers and employees without masks. One man sat right next to me in the waiting room without a mask. I had to sit outside to get away from the people. No courtesy vehicle was offered to me so I had to sit in the freezing cold for two hours waiting for my car to be done. I won't be back here ever again. I bought my car here but I'll get it serviced elsewhere. I was at the Nate Wade Subaru in Salt Lake City a few weeks ago for service and they were amazing.
