Best car-buying experience I've had (and I've had many). Paul Fleming and Erik Oslowski were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The car was ready and waiting for my test drive, paperwork was efficiently handled, the sales team was great, and everyone worked hard to ensure that the experience was a good one. And I got a great deal on my 2013 Lexus RX450h - I love it! Great job!!

It was a welcomed change from my awful experience at Lexus of Watertown the week before, where I called ahead with the stock number of a car I was interested in test driving, and after waited two hours was told they could not find it!! (they eventually figured out that it had been sent out for service.) Disorganized, the price was higher, not worth going to the Lexus dealer next time I'll go straight to Autobahn.
