Took them four tries to get the right part. Life isn't always perfect, but that's no excuse for ignoring the customer service email inbox and never answering the phone. Because of this and the numerous mistakes, I had no choice but to go there in person a half dozen times to get my car fixed. At least they didn't fight the fact that it was covered on warrantee.

I have added the vehicle to this service twice. At the first delivery of the vehicle were routine things such as changing the battery and a new horn.

So I decided to put the vehicle a second time. The vehicle was not repaired the first time. After my complaint, the vehicle was repaired for the second time. The approach was better immediately.

They are kind, willing, dear, but incompetent. In 2011, I bought a new Mondeo from them. A few things soon made me angry. The most fundamental were the incorrect display of the navigation and the blinking of the rear camera. As part of the complaint, I arrived there and left at least 15 times at least due to these problems. They changed and changed but did not eliminate the defect. They are not looking for the cause of the problem, they are just changing the parts they have not yet replaced. The warranty and thus my visits have expired. And now the best. I fixed both problems myself over the weekend and they have not returned since 2014. I note that I am neither a car mechanic nor a car enthusiast.

At first, I was connected to the Mazda service instead of Skodovka at the call center / reception. This of course led to the fact that when I arrived at the agreed deadline, nobody knew about me in Skodovka and I had to pre-order at the place, which is not very pleasant when you relax from work. The second time it was lucky, however, repair service did not do the agreed deadline and when I took over the car, I got it with a really heavily polluted interior paint (white wait on the black seats). So again the unnecessary journey back and forth, complications before the weekend, because I needed a car ... really quite lax approach Mr. Kolare from Skoda, who excuses for colleagues from the service, but is unable to open the door and at least basically check the car sold.

Thanks to dealer Peter Mark, buyer David Hendrych and cooperation in the field of car insurance, the replacement of the old vehicle for the new one was realized "all inclusive" within a few days.

Musim to rozdelit. Koupe auta Ford probihala na 4 . Ochota, vstricnost, komunukace, vse vyborne. Proto jsem tam zacal jezdit i do servisu a to se ukazalo jako chyba. 4 selhani za 2 navstevy je preci jenom dost. Servisu davam 1 a to z nasledujicich duvodu:
1)pri prvni prohlidce nezapsali zaznam do elektronicke servisni knihy
2)i pres kontrolu a potvrzeni z jejich strany nebyla prodlouzena zaruka registrovana v systemu Fordu
3)Objednavam se na servisni prohlidku a jeden ukon navic (termin za 3 tydny), po pristaveni vozu se dozvidam, ze nejsou dily a musim jeste jednou za tyden
4)samolepka s asistencni sluzbou Autopalace je na h****, jelikoz mi tam pri poruse v ramci zaruky rekli, at si zavolam na linku Fordu

Objednaci lhuta na vymenu celniho skla 4 tydny (byly zrovna dovolene) me nenadchla, vzhledem k tomu, ze puklina byla pres cele sklo.

Tento autoservis se pro me stal nepouzitelnym, skoda.

Receiving repairs and the technician poses a real danger to the brand. I had ordered the service and the term after three weeks of waiting did not apply. I re-ordered and after two weeks I received a check on arrival that they didn't have time and the car would be in two days. In the end they didn't correct what I asked. Never.

Worst service I have been to in my life. First they said the estimate for the repair is around 5000kc but that someone will contact me in 3-5 days when they do the diagnostics to tell me the exact ammount. First nobody called after 5 days so I called them. Nobody knew what is wrong with the car for 2 days of me calling. That was thursday and friday. On monday, I get a call from them saying my car is fixed and the price is 11000kc. I was angry that noone called me but i paid it anyways. The car was ok for 2 weeks and started to shut dowm again. After coming back to them with the same problem, they found out there is a new problem and the repair is now 30000kc. After I refused to do the repair, they even charged me the diagnostics again 1000kc. Only 1 person speaks english and he wasnt there, so I ragequit the store and got the hell out.I never rate stuff but these guy made me do it. Now I lost 11k and the car. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

The car salesman in Opel, who dealt with us, was only willing to choose. All other "paperwork" and passing on was much worse. The seller went on holiday within the agreed time, but unfortunately did not hand over the documents to anyone. After a week's agreement and other urgencies, we were told that they had the car ready, but with the handover, that we still have to wait for the original dealer. He returned for safety two days longer, as his plane flew away, which is a very weak excuse. An apology did not follow during the handover. I would assume that there would be standard substitutability in such a large company. I don't buy a car every day, but I prefer to go somewhere next time.

We can only positively evaluate the approach when choosing and buying a new car at Mazda Auto Palace Spo ilov. Professionalism, willingness, patience - the seller Mr. Petr Marek was fully devoted to us and everything went to our satisfaction.

Sales of spare parts ....... ordered Volvo part in December, the next day my master calls for sales that the part will be after the new year ..... be it. All January and mid-February silence on the path. I'm calling for the part and the salesman starts to explain to me that he doesn't know where that part is and if he will (the cover of the seat bolt, the 2015 car), because he probably doesn't. He promises to speak. We have the end of March and again the silence on the path. I do not recommend! I'm not going there anymore, even though I'm close to it.

At Auto Palace Sporilov, I sold one car and bought the other, and both went to my complete satisfaction. I am not an automotive expert, so I was pleasantly surprised that the Auto Palace staff explained everything to me carefully and patiently and went through everything with me. As for the administration, what was promised was fulfilled. What I still have to appreciate is that the new car was perfectly prepared and cleaned. So for me a very effective cooperation and I can recommend Auto Palace Sporilov with a calm heart. Perhaps all future customers will have the same positive experience.

THE WORST auto-service experience in my life! I br...

THE WORST auto-service experience in my life! I brought my car (Mazda CX-3 bought there on July 2017) at the Mazda service as it was crashed on the rear bumper by a taxi, done all the papers, responsibility 100% on the other car. I bring it to Auto Palace to get it fixed along with all the papers they need in order to be paid by the insurance company. The first issue starts when they tell me i can have a car in replacement but only until they release the invoice, and i wont get my car back until they get the money from the insurance company, which legally has to happen within 14 days after the invoice was released. After an intense argument and threatening of lawyers i manage to get them to offer me a demo car for free.
They kept my car for 1 week vs. the 3 days i was told and then they called me to pick it up. I arrived there, asked to check the car and... 1) one of the 2 brackets that hold the bumper was still broken, not replaced. 2) One of the parking sensors was till damaged, not replaced, 3) The metal looking protection under the bumper was barely attached, moving all around. 4) The left edge of the bumper had a big paint drop.
Obviously i have not taken the car back, called my lawyer and asked to speak with the manager. At the end i had to leave the car there for another 3 days, with the promise they will properly fix it, for these 3 days i was given another car that was NOT same or higher level of my car (as it should be by law). HORRIBLE car service, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR! They are a bunch of incompetents.
