After parking in the parking lot, some bald fool in a Mitsubishi sweatshirt starts to yell aggressively that I can not park there, it is a reserved place for Mitsubishi customers (the entire parking lot occupied and there about 10 free spaces). Then I go for the part, the seller obviously solves a private call and arrogantly handles me when I want to verify that it is the right content, so I look annoyed at me as an imbecile. Then they tell me that the charge is 900 CZK. Thank you politely and I'm going to buy her in the Kelly car for 120 CZK. Sorry like, but when I have something overpriced by 700% so I should treat the customer at least decent.

Hi, I have left hundreds of thousands in my company to repair my Mazda 6. "Technician" put the tire on the white leather seat and completely polluted it. After two cleaned, the dirt appeared again from the depth of the seat and the manager's position? After I ordered the repair again, they said it was a holiday and nobody was working very well. In the meantime, I sold the car in September and it was agreed to clean or replace the new seat. Subsequently, the new owner, when enrolled in October 2018, replied that the repair after 6 months and will not solve it at their own expense. After my email to the management of the company immediately said that it will resolve the matter, so I want to believe that it is after all a solid company.

never had any problems - the service is quite good and I don't have the impression they are overcharging me. and they cal me before hey do stuff to get it approved (and they tell me how much it is going to cost). Language is an issue - not sure if you can make it w/o any knowledge of Czech (but my Czech poor and I get still get around most questions)

Opel service: I have been able to diagnose a defective turbo here with my car. At nine-year-old Corsy, I went to the replacement of the rebuilt turbot, which I would give myself, which was great. There was a problem: the turbo delivered did not have its "cradle" and the month after the heat change and the car ended again in service. I did not want to interfere, but I felt it unjust. After my interest in the feedback service and the phone call to my satisfaction a month later, we were all involved with the branch management, and the tightening of the turf was recognized as a legitimate complaint !! If they did not invite themselves, I would probably get it. It is therefore obvious that they are interested in customer satisfaction, so I recommend this approach!

Worse is Ford, I was there with a friend to pick up a new car. Unfortunately, the car was not ready at the agreed and confirmed date and we waited for another 1.5 hours. Another problem is the payment machine. The idea is good, but the receipts fall inside the vending machine and the operator must give it to the customer after opening the vending machine.
