I went there twenty minutes ago to buy a used Hyundai Santa Fe. I even took the kids to be sure they liked it. I had everything I needed passport id lic# bank account. We found the car after someone told us it wasn't there on the lot. We stood in front of it and looked it over on our own and then went in the office. People saw us but not one person asked us anything. We waited politely while one person ignored us and a woman sat texting on her cell phone who also saw us. I never thought it would be this hard to but a half million ck car...we left. It's a shame, I have American expats waiting to see how my shopping went because they need suvs too and now. I will let them know this place is pathetic. So sad.

Authorized service and sales of Ford, Volva, Opel, koda, Hyundai, Mazda, Peugeot and Mitsubishi (Infiniti, Fiat only service) You are just a drop in the sea for them, but they will still behave in a relatively friendly way. For me, I order origo smaller parts over the e-shop but if I had a serious problem on my Volvo, I would rather go to an authorized service, that is, here. Servicing older cars gives discounts.
It's one big bunch of amateurs, at least when it comes to Ford service - it shakes. As long as you have a new car under warranty, then it still works and then? Annual service, where I charge you the ends that do not perform and replaced parts that do not need to be changed or are "forgotten" to replace. I don't know if it's purposeful and they make money on it or if they are really just amateurs. In any case, any ending lasts 3 times longer than elsewhere, and after the repair, I always had to return at least once more ...

Long waiting for service is no exception. Finally, I was charged for washing the car, which was to be included in the price of service. Perhaps the situation will improve, I have personally addressed the claim above.

At the time of my visit, I was told that it was probably a broken front and that the light and fender and rear flank were replaced. So I wanted to measure the thickness of the varnish, unfortunately the meter had a colleague and should be in 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, the car dealer had already discovered that the two headlights were changed and the wound was directly on the front and another fender was dented and scuffed. After the test drive and the insistence on the paint thickness meter, we found that the hood was painted, which did not even fit the fenders, the two doors on the right, the rear right flange sealed and the entire part painted to the roof + rear light. The strange thing was that although it was an operational leasing car, he had no insurance claim. In the end, I was told what I would like after a car with 58,000 km to be a used car. I do not recommend for myself, the bazaar is not quite credible although it is included in the program damage plus.
