My Rapid is less than a year old. The driver window is rattling. Booked in to them, waited all day. They returned the car with nothing fixed. I emailed to complain and they replied that 'it's a Skoda not a BMW'. This is shocking customer service.
The worst person and service in Ford's department. People do not want and do not like to work. I recommend any other service besides :)

During the regular inspection I was ordered without cleaning the complete car interior cleaning (lux, windows, plastics), but it was not done. Also, the worn rubber was worn, not performed. In addition, the car had a weekly forfeited MOT during service checks, which nobody noticed. A month later, the car was NOT checked by the STL, and two luggage faults were discovered during the STL, which caused the car to go back to service. Absolutely amateurism. I do not recommend.

The place is a zoo! There are soooo many cars and they are parked all over the place you can barely get through. Even finding the right manufacturer is difficult. But the guy who helped me at Mazda was really nice. Also I just got my car back and hear a noise that wasn't there before so we'll see what it is...
Very poor. Completely inconsiderate. Waited here literally for 4 hours to get the car back just to hear that it will be ready two days later and this was already 3 days after the primary due date. Moreover they said that I have to pay for the repair myself otherwise wait for another 14 days till insurance has paid them. Completely ridiculous. I strongly advise to choose elsewhere.
