I want to tell you few things about Haridwar office.
1) I found first unprofessional people's company in my technical experience.
2) No Management, No interview process. Interview always schedule by non technical people and team handle only for bad experience guys.
3) HR manager behave like a dull man. He thinks that he do the great job that no one is doing.
4) After salary discussion they always say that will email you later. But if they can't afford the salary so why they schedule an interview for higher experience people.
5) lower mentality and poor communication between interview candidate and poor skills management.
6) they shows the company's hardware that they use branded Hardware. But they don't know about the work which they do.
7) Dear management, you this is not your mistake because 'Langoor ke hath jab angoor lag jata hai to aisa hi hota hai'.

People - I am 2+ years of experienced professional in the same domain. I have given two interviews to their team just to find out what they actually seek in people who work for them and I find many things that is really unprofessional in terms of IT corporates sinario, and most amazing thing I noticed - seniors there were not at all interested in understanding candidate's era of expertise because they were quite busy in making me feel that i have less fundamental knowledge. HR Head was quite helpful there. He have given me my interview feedback as well that is very rare. But I would have appreciate it more If the feedback could have been helpful for me. Because the feedback was the same as I have written above. I wish them all the best for their future in Haridwar. I hope you are learning a lot in this city. Because people out here are unbelievably talented but they want right people to understand them.

They call you for an interview saying salary expectations will be met. Once you give an outstanding interview finally they come to the salary discussion and then they negotiate.
What that actually have in mind to not give any hike on the current package.
They mail you later on that they will let you know in 3 months - now that is unprofessional.
