We were ADC campers for 8 years. In the summer of 2019, we prepaid for the summer of 2020.
ADC is hosted at the 7Hills School. 7 Hills is an amazing facility with lots of things for kids to do.
Due to Covid, 7 Hills did not allow ADC to use their facility.
ADC then rented out a shoddy little church to use as the camp facility. The facilities were in no way comparable. And ADC wanted the same (very high) tuition.
We asked for a refund AFTER ADC unilaterally changed the location and terms of our agreement. This kicked off a round of fighting where ADC wanted to keep our money.
After much arguing, we eventually got most of the tuition back. ADC kept $184. Mind you, our daughter did not spend a single second at camp in 2020.
Had we gone to a court of law, we would have gotten our $184 back. But Kevin and ADC must incur the reputational damage of their decision.
Buyer Beware! I would take my money elsewhere.
