They are kind, willing, dear, but incompetent. In 2011, I bought a new Mondeo from them. A few things soon made me angry. The most fundamental were the incorrect display of the navigation and the blinking of the rear camera. As part of the complaint, I arrived there and left at least 15 times at least due to these problems. They changed and changed but did not eliminate the defect. They are not looking for the cause of the problem, they are just changing the parts they have not yet replaced. The warranty and thus my visits have expired. And now the best. I fixed both problems myself over the weekend and they have not returned since 2014. I note that I am neither a car mechanic nor a car enthusiast.
