I inquired about a vehicle online and Howard was assigned to me. He called me back promptly and kept in contact with me the next day prior to us coming and test driving. He had the car pulled up and ready for us when we got there. The process was efficient and quick. Great car buying experience. Was in and out of there in about 3 hours. Highly recommend.
Infinity has a very nice wait lounge or if you have work done that takes longer they provide a loaner vehicle. Monte is super nice and takes good care of me when I take in my car.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and honest. He makes the buying process very easy and stress free. Once we narrowed our choices down to two, Joe put us in each vehicle and allowed us to drive and thoroughly experience the personality of both.
Once we made our selection, the buying process was expedite and trouble free. Mike, our finance officer was extremely personable and provided thorough detail with our warranty options, felt like we have known him for years after our time together.

I came here because I wanted to buy my first car, didn't know much about sales at dealerships. My dad doesn't speak much english but can understand certain things. A hispanic male went over to us and talked about how he will help us because we were "raza" which I thought was cool since he looked like he was genuine. When it came to signing the contract the lady in finance who helped didn't speak very well english but I was still able to understand, the sales person left the room instead of trying to translate the information to my dad. When it came down to review the contract with my dad to look at the numbers they weren't including my downpayment and the total was way higher than what told. * before starting the process we had a conversation about how my dad got scammed by a car dealership and she was relating to it also!* She tried doing it to us until I told her that the numbers were wrong obviously these people don't know what they were doing or just wanted to scam us. I even bought a warranty for my car for 4k and when I tried cancelling it nobody was able to help me and when I was finally able to talk to a manager he was asking me why and tried to talk me out of it. Not worth the 26k I am spending the service sucks and wish I had known better.
Austin Infiniti is a great dealer with high integrity sales people and management. I have leased and purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and this was one of the smoothest experiences we have had. Camey Martinez is a pro and I highly recommend her as a sales person. She stayed in touch with us during our buying process and won our business with honesty, commitment and transparency. This is our second Infiniti , but first purchased through Austin Infiniti. I'm confident this will not be our last car we buy from them.

Quick, Friendly, and Comfortable Service!
I brought my Infiniti in for a routine oil change on a Wednesday morning. The staff are always so very friendly and knowledgable. I wasn't pushed or sold into any additional services, but was made aware of the current condition of my vehicle. The waiting area is a comfortable lounge with all the amenities I need to be able to work remotely and not lose any time away from work. And certainly, the complimentary car wash is always a plus because it saves me so much time. Every time I leave the service area, I feel like i'm driving a brand new car off the lot. Thanks, guys and gals!!!

This review is actually posted for Kara Snodgrass. Monte Reger helped me with my recent repairs. Monte is amazing. He is always available to help me. He answered my text on his personal cell phone and responded to me quickly about working out the logistics of getting my vehicle to Infiniti with a tow truck. He also had my car repaired in less than 24 hours from the time he received it. Monte always goes way beyond to make my experience easy and quick.

This was my first visit after moving here and working with an excellent service department. Dave was welcoming and accommodating; he was thorough and very helpful. The waiting area was nice and allowed me to work while I waited.
On a return trip to San Antonio from Waco, we made an emergency stop in Austin to address an issue that luckily turned out to be a service recall. Bob and Nick were fabulous in assisting us with this hose issue that was causing a bad gas smell. They got the problem identified quickly and the service was completed within the time period that they promised.
Austin Infiniti provided great customer service, excellent Covid19 protocol, video of work needed to be done and constant communication. Love their service department.

Fantastic experience and service. It may sound weird but if you're going here to look at a jeep like I was make sure you get Jonny Perez. He knew everything there was to know about jeeps and gave me more than enough information to help with my buying process. Highly recommend buying through them
I came from out of town just to get my car oil changed. I called the automated system says "come in and take advantage of our express oil changing services . you don't have to set up an appointment " So i did that . On google it says they close at 6 . I came in at 3:50. They said they close at 5 so they can't change my oil. Its hard to come by gas right now due hurricanes harvey . (Which I was heading to help out down there.) this is the second bad experience I've had wit this place.
I've always have a pleasant and wonderful experience with Austin Infiniti. My service advisor Dave Hendricks is outstanding. A top notch professional that always takes great care of me.
He's very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied with all your service needs. His no pressure approach is greatly appreciated and it shows how concerned he is with taking care of his clients above all else.

I love my Infiniti car and the service here is exceptional.
When we purchased our QX50, we purchased Infinity's Consierge service. When we need to have the oil changed and tires rotated, I call Monte, our service provider. He helps set up a date and time wit Starr, for them to come out and pickup ourQX50. The get the work done in a timely manner and and then makes arrangements to get our car back to us. Yes. This is probably not the cheapest way to get your oil changed, but, I can't drive and they provide us with a courtesy car while ours is in being serviced. Everyone we have come in contact with at Austin Infinity has been very nice, and makes you feel special.
They are very nice and looking out for you. They also have a nice waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks.
I wouldn't buy Infiniti if it was not for Austin Infiniti and Anthony Raglin.
The service and selection here is amazing! Not to mention, FREE ESPRESSO AND SNACKS!

He is a Mr "Know it All" guy, who won't even listen to what the customer is saying. Didn't even let me finish explaining what I was trying to say about the issues that I'm facing. Even though I proved and showed the issue I had with my bluetooth connection, he blamed it on my Android device. I "tried' to explain it to him that it worked perfectly fine till a month back and it works without any hiccup in other cars, including other Inifini's, but did he even listen.... You guessed it right. NO
I requested him to look into what he could do or atleast give it a try, but the answer was a straight NO. Not even attempting to give it a chance and blamed it again on me and my device.
So if I were you, I would ask you to go and get your car serviced to somewhere cheaper where you'll get better attention and customer service with a low waiting period.

Horrible sales experience. Horrible service experience. I keep giving them more chances and they keep disappointing me. This is the second Infiniti I've owned and I've only had it for 6 months. Nothing but problems - hardly any of its technology works, the tires have already needed fixing 3 times, and no one who works at this dealership could care less. Absolutely the worst purchase I've made in my life.

Always great service. Friendly, helpful people. Relaxed, clean environment. I've been there dozens and dozens of times (oil changes, tires, etc.) and each time was nothing less than pleasant.
Quick service with the first class treatment expected from Infiniti. Angel, our service consultant, was thorough and responsive to my concerns. We waited in the lounge while our vehicle was serviced, which was comfortable and well stocked. During the checkout, Angel ensured we understood the outcome of each service performed. Great service.

Previously, Monty bailed me out of a jamb, and they had our car back to us in a few hours.
More recently, they took care of us again. Drop off and pick up is smooth and simple.
I never thought the service department could influence a car purchase decision, but now I can't imagine buying from anyone else.
It was extremely busy and while my rep was nice, I felt rushed. I know that test driving is a pain for the staff, but ultimately because I felt bad about asking to test drive multiple vehicles, I didn't purchase what would've been my 2nd infiniti.
Manager wasn't so professional in communication, after talk with him I don't want to get back to this dealer.

Came in with a shredded tire that blew out on me while driving got with Monte and he had them put the spare on for me and ordered the right tire for my car and said it will be here in the afternoon drove to work and came back in the afternoon and my new tire was waiting for me which he had the service dept. put on this was incredible service as I just showed up no warning and no appointment this is why I use the service dept. at Austin infiniti you just don't get this level of service anywhere else and my thanks to Monte for making the rest of my day alot better.
My wife's SUV was due for an oil change and 40k mile checkup. Our service advisor Chris was absolutely phenomenal! He noticed a previous error during our last visit and went out of his way to make sure everything was correct. I love coming into Austin Infiniti for service!! Thanks Chris!
Excellent customer service was given to me by Dave Henricks. Dave always provides me with great service but today was over the top. He corrected a service bill issue (not caused by Dave). It took some research and paperwork to get it done but Dave was patient and got it done. I really appreciated his attitude and helpfulness. No wonder I have two Austin Infiniti vehicles!
We didn't expect to walk away with our SUV yesterday but Dana made it such an easy and enjoyable experience -- I LOVE my QX80! Kat and Laura also were fantastic- everyone was helpful and so friendly!

Laura Moore made my day yesterday. After a bad start to the service visit (when the service manager was just plain negative and opportunistic and seemed ignorant about having a new key programmed), Laura came over and offered me help. I did end up with my key programmed successfully and although she did not have to do it - she appologized on behalf of the other manager. She even went above and beyond her responsibilities and put new batteries on my key FOB. She made up more than the bad experience I had earlier in the visit.
I have owned and serviced many makes/models of automobiles, and my Austin Infiniti service experience surpasses them all. In particular, I attribute this to (and would like to thank) Nick Lefebvre, my service consultant. Nick was professional, accommodating, and made overall service experience top-notch. I will be using Austin Infiniti's service department again because of the very positive experience I had with Nick and the rest of the Infiniti Service staff.
I was terribly upside down in my previous vehicle, I spoke to Howard about my options and he got me a great deal on an amazing car. The process was incredibly easy and the service was amazing. I will definitely refer people to this dealership.
Absolutely not satisfied with the service and price of service!!!! The diagnosis of the vehicle is much more expensive than in Lexus service! In addition, the identification of problems my car took 2 days and they have not given the loan car!!!!! Nonsense! I have appealed repeatedly to the Lexus with similar problems (with another cars) and their service is much better!!!!! It's just a shame for such a brand!!!! Never going back to Austin Infiniti.....

My husband and I found our vehicle online at this dealership, which is about 5 hours from where we live. We purchased our last vehicle this way from a different dealership and ended up with an awful experience, so we were leary about buying another vehicle long distance.
However, working with Maurice Dancy and Chris (finance manager) at Austin Infiniti was a wonderful experience! They were both very easy to work with, quickly got our paperwork mailed to us (my husband was not coming with me to pick up the vehicle), didn't pressure us with warranties, and had me in and out in a short time...and that was after they arranged to have me picked up at the airport (thanks Alex!). We agreed to purchase the vehicle Wednesday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday, so Maurice and Chris worked very quickly. Maurice was also able to get us our vehicle cheaper than what we even asked to pay, and their finance rate beat out our credit union's. I highly recommend this dealership and Maurice and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future!
