I've always had excellent service at Austin Infiniti. I don't live in town, so I call to schedule a service appointment. Everyone who answers the phone has been pleasant and helpful. When I get to the dealership, there is someone outside to direct me as to where to park my vehicle and escorts me inside to complete the appropriate paperwork. Often, my loaner vehicle is ready for me within minutes of my arrival. I also LOVE that my vehicle is washed by the service department before it is returned to me. Outstanding service is why I drive nearly 60 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Austin Infiniti.

No pressure. Maurice seemed to help me to the fullest. I was buying a used car, and I felt treated like a premier client. They never made me feel uncomfortable, and the buying experience was top shelf. Quick, easy, effortless. Got a great car, for a great price, and the deal was done in about an hour. I feel like he took the time to help me personally, and that matters a lot to me. I would definitely go back again and again.

I was met immediately upon arrival by concierge and then met with Dave Henricks to discuss all the services to be performed as part of my pre-paid maintenance agreement. Technicians and Dave went beyond expectations by replacing my inspection sticker and helped replace battery in key fob. I was also sent a video report detailing all the work done and systems checked. My air conditioning compressor locked up, and Monte got me in for repair very quickly, set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could go on with my day, and kept me informed throughout the repair and when my car was ready to pick up. Estimate for repair was very accurate and repair done quickly. I have very much appreciated my relationship with Austin Infiniti over the past 5 years. Would not trust my FX35 to anyone else.......

My experiences at Austin Infiniti's service facility have always been a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly and right to the point. Their customer waiting lounge is also clean & comfortable, and provides complimentary coffee services along with snacks and other refreshments.

My consultant at the facility is usually Chris Hamm, who goes above and beyond my expectations when making sure my car is serviced properly, and in a timely manner! Communication with him is always crystal-clear. I always appreciate his help!

Took my G37 in for their Express Oil Change service. The excellent staff at Austin Infiniti thoroughly checked out my car engine, tires, etc. while it was in for service and gave me recommendations for the future. The price was very reasonable and I really appreciate that the mechanics there know these cars inside and out. It may seem crazy to go to a dealership for an oil change, but the expertise there is not something you will find at a drive through oil change shop. Thanks Infiniti!

Stopped in on a lunch break and was able to get a fair price for two trade-ins and drive off with my new vehicle in record time! Being that I ve purchased nearly 15 vehicles in the last decade from dealerships all over the us (prior military), they have restored my faith in being able to get a fair deal done without the typical games.

It's nice to have at least one place where I can count on consistently excellent service. I have been a customer of Austin Infiniti for over a decade and have all of my vehicle service performed there. There is both a quick-service for routine maintenance with a comfortable lounge and refreshments, and for longer services loaner cars are available. The same owners, Continental Automotive Group, also have an excellent collision and body shop. I have nothing negative to say about my experiences with this group of companies and appreciate hassle-free vehicle ownership. Highly Recommended!

Top notch experience from sales (Jesse McGinnis) all the way to service (Bobby Davis). We recently purchased our first Infiniti and not only do we love the product, but the folks at Austin Infiniti are great and deliver a luxury experience that match the vehicle. Minor service issue (bad remote for entertainment system) was handled efficiently and give me insight to the positive comments so many offer about this dealership.

Amazing dealership with excellent management, sales and staff! I was so impressed my initial phone contact with Jeff Schneider, I chose to drive from the Houston area and purchase from Austin Infiniti rather than the 3 dealerships we have locally in Houston. Needless to say, my decision was the best ever! Jeff was so kind, professional, relaxed and knowledgeable. He made me a great deal, and I was able to come in and sign without any hassle. I will now continue to purchase and refer Austin Infiniti from my very positive experience. My Salesman, PJ Garcia, my Finance Director, Mike Marsalis, the Design Team, Kristi and Cat, to the Receptionist are flawless! These folks know how car buying should be and deliver! I own 3 vehicles and 1 of them is Infiniti QX80. B...

I own 3 vehicles and 1 of them is Infiniti QX80. Bobby in service is so bored to do his daily routine and so unhappy to do service as a part of his job responsibilities being in front line with customers, but not on the back in personal office like it suppose to be for a "35 years" experienced guy in this business. His ignorance to details, disrespect to knowledge and time of others left no room for excuse. Out of my 3 vehicles this dealer is rated worse so far and I only had key fob issue which needed reprogramming (god forbid to come with bigger issue). Not to mention that vehicle was purchased from them.
Bobby seemed to understand how whole operation works, but 2 given reasons and explanations of situation were absolutely unreasonable and lacking ground and common sense. This overall experience compromises quality of service operation at Austin Infiniti (considering lack of knowledgeable personnel, time efficiency, and proper training in place, which translates to low quality outcome).

Went in for oil change and a couple of minor things (replace key in remote, reset a warning). I was surprised at how long it took (about an hour and a half), until I saw that an extensive inspection had also been done and the car washed. So, all it all, it was a good investment of time.

My mother and I have had a rough experience with salesman and dealerships in the past. She had been working with Joe from Austin Infiniti and she wanted us to go check out a couple cars Joe suggested for us. He even put these cars on hold until we arrived later that day. The car was for me and I wasn't looking to upgrade but something different. My Jeep Wrangler needed a lot of work and Infiniti was willing to match my offer from another dealer but we ran into a problem. The title office made a bad clerical error regarding the mileage of my Jeep. Joe knew the hassle it was going to be and talk to anyone he needed to help us fix this. I was only buying a lower cost used car but he still put in 100% effort like I was the most important client. Everything worked out wonderful! Plus, my used car gets all the perks of being purchased at the Infiniti dealership . So check out Austin Infiniti and ask for Joe!!

While the service action went flawlessly (as always), I cannot over emphasize the value of the service professionals to the overall client experience. For the 7 years I've owned this M37 I have had one and only one service contact, Dave Henricks. He greets me by name, whether I have an appointment or not, and always takes the time to help me out. He is the face of Infiniti to me, and is the reason I always come back. On the other hand, with my other car from a different brand "luxury" dealership, I get a different rep every visit... and it seems like every visit, there are all new faces in the service department. Zero continuity of service. Thanks Dave, you make the experience excellent!

Austin Infiniti gave me everything I wanted and mo...

Austin Infiniti gave me everything I wanted and more. I was checking out program offers through my employer and filled out a form to see what type of discount I might get on an Infiniti. Within 3 minutes of submitting the form, I was contacted by the local dealership and transferred to salesman Tony Anthony.

I admitted two things to Tony over the phone.
1) I felt Infiniti was a bit above my price range
2) I had looked at the G37 convertible 5 years ago when I purchased my last car and absolutely loved it, but it was considerably more than I had budgeted to spend.

Tony listened, and invited me to come out and drive the Q60 convertible the next evening. I figured I would at least drive the car this time (5 years ago I didn't want to torture myself by driving something I could not have). Between that phone call and the test drive, I spent time doing some research. I put together the options I would want and determined the MSRP. I then checked with TrueCar (this is a TrueCar certified dealer!) and found that I could get the car below MSRP. I also checked to see how the car was trending in sales and found I might be able to get it at slightly lower than the TrueCar price.

Additionally, I looked into financing. I found the best rate available at a local Credit Union, and confirmed with them I could finance through them with no money down at a great rate.

When I got to the dealership, Tony was great. He listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and he told me what he had in stock that matched what I wanted. He also showed me a price that was even lower than I had thought I might pay. Talk about not needing to haggle! We took a test drive and I loved this car. I looked at a couple different choices on the lot and selected the one I wanted.

I told Tony and his finance manager, Chris Morton, that I was secure in getting financing through the local Credit Union and told them the rate. Chris asked me to give him a chance to match the rate, so i filled out an application. The next morning, Tony let me know that Chris had found a lender who would beat my best rate! This purchase just kept getting better!

I arranged an appointment to complete the purchase the following day. I was at the dealership for less than an hour. My car was already prepped and waiting in the showroom. I signed papers with Chris, had a quick tutorial with Tony on the car instrumentation, and was introduced to the service director, Mark Bailey, who let me know about upcoming events.

I must say, this was a fantastic, stress free experience. Did I mention i love my new car?

A report released Thursday by the National Fair Ho...

A report released Thursday by the National Fair Housing Alliance alleged that it found racially discriminatory pricing tactics in car financing by dealerships.

The report, which focuses on indirect lending whereby dealerships help to arrange financing from lenders, found stark differences in the way that white and nonwhite customers were treated when they were presented financing options. The report found that 63 percent of the time, nonwhite consumers were presented with heftier pricing options than their white counterparts, even though the white consumers were less creditworthy.

"Overall, this investigation found that, when auto dealers have pricing elements at their discretion, there is an opportunity for discrimination to occur," the report said. "This investigation revealed that, more often than not, auto dealers took that opportunity to discriminate."

The findings were based on an investigation into eight dealerships selling seven brands in eastern Virginia.

That tiny sample size was one of many complaints the National Automobile Dealers Association had regarding the report and its findings.

Every customer deserves to be treated fairly. There s no place for discrimination in auto lending or sales, said NADA spokesman Jared Allen.

But, he added, It s highly irresponsible to draw conclusions from a study based on a handful of interactions that did not even lead to sales in a market where 17 million sales occur each year. The claims made in the report are in no way representative of the majority of new-vehicle interactions.

We have probably dealt more with service just because we tend to return there for all any of our service needs. They are second to none. Recently, an employee of mine who purchased a used car from Infiniti was treated unexpectedly to stellar service that was way beyond their normal scope. Generally speaking, dealing with car maintenance issues is unpleasant BUT NOT at Austin Infiniti! I have been servicing my Infiniti for years there and dealt with several of the advisors who have always been great, friendly and straightforward. Lately, I've been working with Chris Hamm who goes over and beyond to educate me on the issues at hand, plus with the additional video clip to accompany solution strategies, it's becomes clear on what needs to be done (or not). I know so much more about my car and the way it operates thanks to Chris!!

Took my car in for an Express Oil Change, and it took a total of about 30 minutes while I waited in their nice Amenity Bar. I enjoy the "Express" service option, not having to make an appointment makes scheduling an oil change quick and easy. What I love about Infiniti is not only my car, but the service department is also AWESOME! My service agent is very personable, accommodating, professional, knowledgable and takes care of all my car service with ease. Thank you, Infiniti!

Our sales person, Maurice Dancy made our buying experience seamless and enjoyable. We live in Kingwood, TX so all of our communication up to the time that we came to Austin to test drive the vehicle was through email and phone. The photos on your website were also very helpful.

His description of the vehicle was spot on. We arrived at the dealership and he had the car detailed and ready for us to test drive. The overall condition of the car was such that I told my wife that it even exceeded my expectations and I tend to be very picky about my vehicles.

Overall, Maurice should be commended for his professionalism! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from him and Austin Infiniti. The gift box was also a very nice touch. The habanero sauce was especially good!

This was my husband and my first experience with Infiniti, and we couldn't have been happier. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with all of our many questions. We worked with Bryan Unger, who I would highly recommend over and over. I went in expecting to wait a while to find just the right car, and he was patient and determined to make sure he found the right fit for me. He took the time to go through all the bells and whistles, compare any differences between body styles/years, and I never felt like he was rushing or pushing me to make a decision. Bryan is extremely kind, relatable, and instantly awesome to work with. Additionally, the Finance, Design, and Delivery departments continued to exceed our expectations. Again, each person was patient with all of our questions, and happy to help us. We were given a thorough review of all warranty options, all design enhancements, and upon pickup, John put us in the car and went through each and every button. I look forward to continuing to visit this dealership for service, and future business!

Chris did a great job handling my car service. Everything went smooth and efficient. Also, enjoyed visiting with Dana as well in sales. Both men very professional and knowledgable. What would top off the experience to above 5 star, have plenty of loaner cars available like the other infiniti dealers in Dallas and San Antonio. I have always been able to get a loaner car immediately in both locations except Austin. About a week for a loaner! Unfortunate. To be clear, this is a five star rating and I'll be back for service and hopefully will be driving a new Infiniti !

I moved to Texas recently after accepting a job offer that I took as a leap of faith. Since moving here, I had a few issues with my Q60 and I needed to find a dealership to take my car into. The only place I recommend taking your INFINITI vehicle is, Austin INFINITI and here s why! The customer service staff is friendly, polite, and very resourceful. My service advisor, Chris Hamm treated me exceptionally and made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was receiving the best customer service. And that s exactly what I got, nothing short of excellence. I was also introduced to the parts director, Craig Isaacs. Craig a car enthusiast like me, we share a passion for not only Nissan/Infiniti but also cars in general. It s very refreshing to see and hear people as excited about the brand as i m. I couldn t of been happier to get all of my issues resolved by this dealership and recommend them to all of my friends and family. More dealerships need staff members like Chris and Craig. This is my 4th, 3-year lease from Austin Infiniti. I have also had a service contract with all 4 leases. While ownership has recently changed, I have always been treated with respect and feel that they have my needs in mind for all of my dealings with them. I highly recommend this dealership at all levels. The other great thing is the Infiniti product is a substantial value when compared to the same class of vehicle, stylish and reliable. I have shopped other vehicles every time my lease renewal comes up but always end up going back to the Infiniti. At 71 and somewhat of a car buff, I have owned many vehicles spread of several brands and the consistent design, reliability, value and dealer are the reasons I continue to come back!

I purchased my first Infinity and can't say enough about the service I received. I HATE car shopping and rarely walk off of a car lot feeling that I at least broke even but Joe Nichols worked with me, via text and emails and this was the most smooth purchase made without even seeing the car in person or driving it. He was trust worthy and honest. I live in SA, the car was in Austin, he even met me half way with the paperwork and the car. Took mine as a trade in via text and emails. Great service, great price . I screwed up my appointment date and arrived a week early, but the Austin Infiniti service department rep Chris Hamm was able to fit me in and take care of my maintenance quickly. Oh yeah, and topped it off with a quick car wash.

Priceless !!!

I've had other luxury cars before and I know this would not have been possible in their service area.

Austin Infiniti was the first dealership we went t...

Austin Infiniti was the first dealership we went to when shopping for a new SUV. After a test drive, and some discussion, we decided to shop around and research other SUV's. We returned a few days later for several reasons.

1) The salesman. We were very impressed by the professionalism of John Garza. He was well dressed, polite, and straight forward. He was able to answer every question we asked and seemed to put what we wanted first, instead of trying to push upgrades that we didn't want. He was very helpful throughout our purchase. My wife was crunched for time when we returned to purchase, so he ensured all the paperwork was ready when we got there so all we had to do was sign. We were in and out with our new car in record time.

2) The dealership. Austin Infiniti has a very nice facility. The service area is huge and very clean. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable. We were offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and even espresso (I had a mocha that was actually very good). This dealership also offered lower prices than other Infiniti dealerships we looked into.

3) Services offered by Infiniti. The warranty, Infiniti Connection, Infiniti Personal Assistant, Infiniti Roadside Assistance and other services that came with our vehicle were another huge selling point.

4) The quality of the vehicle. The quality and features of the QX60 were enough to set it ahead of other similarly priced SUV's we looked at. Add everything else I've already mentioned, and our choice was very easy!

It s nice when you can always drop in and get your vehicle worked on. They have a great waiting area that you can relax and get work done. The coffee bar and snacks are dangerous. I try not to eat too much here. Too many easy options. Even better is that the service reps make honest recommendations. They will tell you when you can wait and when you shouldn t.
