My experience started out rough with a person no call no showing for my test drive. I met Maurice Dancy after I was redirected. He was amazing! He made me feel very comfortable and was very informative and not pushy at all. Also when it was time to talk numbers he brought the manager to me so I could negotiate a price I was comfortable with!

I was very pleased with my recent service visit. Monte kept me well-informed about progress along the way. I also like the automated system that allows you to select/decline repair options in a way that allows you time to consider the options before jumping into a decision. The ability to pay online is also a nice touch that streamlines the process.

This is the third Infiniti I have leased and the 2nd one from Austin Infiniti. The selection of vehicles was great. The Q50 was of particular interest and it was the model I ended up choosing. The Touring and Technology package have made the car that much more enjoyable to drive. Love the Car!! I again worked with Tony Anthony (he assisted me on my previous lease). He was not expecting me as I did not notify him I was coming in. In spite of that, he took great care of me and went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted and made sure I test drove and "experienced" the various features and benefits of the car and the differences in models, options, etc. My entire experience with everyone at the dealership was first class. Tony did a super job and I very much appreciated his assistance and the experience.

Chris and the service team at Austin Infinity comp...

Chris and the service team at Austin Infinity completely took care of me. This was unlike any major car dealership interaction I have ever experienced. I really felt Chris was on my side, like he didn't just assume I'm made of money because I drive an Infinity.

I bought my car used because I was renting it on Turo and the owner made me a great offer. I can't say I was actively searching for an Infinity. But the team at Austin Infinity has really won me over to the brand.

I worked with Brian Unger while shopping for a new vehicle at Austin Inifiniti. The overall experience was extremely pleasant. Brian gave me his advice and also made sure the car I wanted was locked in for me to purchase. He went above and beyond by reaching out and contacting me well after his normal work hours, which means a lot to me. It helped me build trust and feel confident while working through this dealership. I have wanted this car for the past 12 years but never had the time or effort to purchase it. It was too easy working with this dealership (aside from the banks that they work through) but that wasn't my buddy Brian's fault. Overall, 10/10 on how everything went down. I will and have recommended this dealership to my military friends who are looking for family SUVs and sports cars while stationed here in Texas.

Infiniti offers a great car for a great value, which sells itself in a lot of ways. However the reason i came back to this Infiniti dealership without even really considering any others is that Tony Anthony was such a pleasure to work with on my first Infiniti lease in 2015. It's not easy to take the stress and pressure out of car-buying, but Tony was the best i have ever worked with. This time around, Joe Morales picked up right where Tony left off, and definitely gave him a run for his money in terms of salesmanship. Joe was very respectful of my time, listened carefully to what i was looking for, added his knowledge of the products where it was appropriate and helpful, and was up front and straightforward about pricing and options. I can also say that Ray Jaladoni in the finance department made the paperwork easy and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. It's rare to walk out of a car dealership and NOT feel like you may have been taken advantage to some degree, but Austin Infiniti has now treated me to that experience twice in a row. Working with this team is just as smooth as silk - I will definitely be back.

Chris has always been very patient with me and very informative, particularly when I look like a deer in the headlights when a part I ve never heard of needs a minor tune-up. I m a non-mechanical person, but I can sure work a phone and a computer, so I love the Infiniti automation and photos sent to my phone to show what s going on with my service appointments. Chris still goes the extra mile and will walk to wherever I m sitting to hold my hand and personally guide me through the intricacies of the car guts. Thanks for always being on it and positive, Chris! If we keep this up, I may be able to change one of my own oil filters one of these days... or just the oil.... or whatever it is... :)

Best customer service from any auto dealer ever!! Your staff is happy and helpful.... all have great attitudes and make you feel good about bringing your car in for service. I became an Infinity customer in 2013 and it has been a great experience.

Was kind of hesitant between Bmw, Lexus, or Audi b...

Was kind of hesitant between Bmw, Lexus, or Audi but definitely made the correct choice with my Q50 s. Not only is the vehicle sporty with an elegant touch but my fully loaded Q50 s was the same price as a striped Bmw or Audi. I don't believe you should pay extra for essentials like back up cameras or navigation systems or even sunroofs. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Infiniti for anyone looking for a luxury sports car that doesn't leave a hole in your wallet.

Will say this dealer's service staff is way WAY better than another luxury brand dealer in Austin, lets call them Fexus. Infiniti was so much better, easier, smoother, etc that it really put the other dealer's service dept to shame. Chris Hamm is our rep and is someone you can really trust to get guidance.

Absolutely fantastic service from Monte, called 90 mins before showing up at service reception and he was ready to get the car battery checked out and run the associated diagnostic tests.

I waited in the lounge and within the hour, the car was ready.

Bought a used car for our son on April 14th from C...

Bought a used car for our son on April 14th from Chris Corn. On Monday, noise was coming from the front of the vehicle. We called Chris and he took care of everything. He had their Service Department send a rollback to Georgetown to get it! I also found out that when he brought our vehicle back he had to wait for hours! Most Dealerships and Sales People cut ties at the dotted line, Chris reminded me that we are Austin Infinity Family now!! Go see Chris!

The issues itself were not the fault of Austin Infiniti but after voicing my frustration, the manager Brent Baker went a mile and a half above and beyond his obligations to try and improve my experience. Know that you can shop here with confidence. They have true integrity and greatly value their customers. Thank you!

Everyone I have encountered through my sales, delivery and follow up of my new Infiniti have all been very friendly and have all provided outstanding service. Awesome!! I had a great experience with the service department yesterday. Earlier in the week, Rachel answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, she was so great and easy to communicate with. I already felt like it was going to be a good experience because of her great customer service over the phone. Kenny Collins was my Service Consultant, very friendly and helpful. I am a first time Infiniti owner and I had a lot of random questions about my new (used) car, he was so great answering all of them! The service lounge is fantastic, plenty of space and either couches or tables, depending on your preference, and wifi of course ... the gratis snacks and coffee/latte bar were a great added bonus! It was a very nice touch that my car was returned to me shiny and clean with a complimentary wash & vacuum after being serviced. They are paying attention to details here and it makes quite the difference. Best service experience I've ever had!! Thanks Rachel, Kenny, & the rest of Austin Infiniti!! You guys are doing it right.

This was my first visit to the Service Department ...

This was my first visit to the Service Department for my new Infiniti Q50, and everything was better than I expected! They had everything ready to go, including my loaner car, and got me on the road to my office very quickly! When I returned that evening, they had my car washed & ready to go, took a few minutes to return the loaner and got heading home very soon! Overall, thumbs up for a great experience! :)

Went in to get a $4-$5 fuse link for my car, but s...

Went in to get a $4-$5 fuse link for my car, but soon found out Round Rock Nissan has misdiagnosed what was wrong. Could have been big dollars to go down that path, but Tony Miano in parts and Kris Kunetka in service took the car without a scheduled appointment and found the problem, had the parts and got it all fixed. As I told Tony when I was paying this might be the first time he had someone come in loaded for bear on a $4 part and leave very satisfied after spending $180 to fix the misdiagnosis. Very, very satisfied that a parts employee and a mechanic are allowed to work one on one with the customer, treat me this well and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was being worked on, well that speaks volumes for the organization.
I wondered if all the 5 stars were warranted when I read the reviews, and yes it turns out they were and probably higher is truth be told!!!

Kudos's Tony and Kris.... Thank you for all you did on my behalf!

I just bought a G37 for less than what a well equipped Honda Accord would've set me back.
Yeah, I'm still confused as to how that happened!

This car rocks, and I had a great time hanging out the day I bought it. It was pretty easy going and Camey was really down to Earth and honest about all of the pros and cons of trading in my Honda Fit and getting an entry level Luxury sedan.

Having enjoyed the time spent at Austin Infiniti I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We have purchased/leased and serviced vehicles at Austin Infiniti since 2003 and the quality of service and friendliness of their staff has not wavered - in part because they hire well and appear to have a high retention rate. Monte Reger has been our service advisor during this time. Each visit we have had he provides what we believe is a fair, honest evaluation of our vehicle's needs, a thorough explanation of any diagnosis and an overall pleasurable experience. We are pretty critical of customer service and Austin Infiniti does not disappoint.

I have never worked with a more professional and customer service driven dealership before. The service department goes above and beyond to ensure a great outcome, and my sales experience was Top Notch. I am an infiniti owner for life!
