Laura Moore made my day yesterday. After a bad start to the service visit (when the service manager was just plain negative and opportunistic and seemed ignorant about having a new key programmed), Laura came over and offered me help. I did end up with my key programmed successfully and although she did not have to do it - she appologized on behalf of the other manager. She even went above and beyond her responsibilities and put new batteries on my key FOB. She made up more than the bad experience I had earlier in the visit.
