Was welcomed with a garland right at the entrance. Very well maintained. Lots of activities to do.

Great family spot. Beautiful. Relaxing. Great area for picnics.

Had reservations for the character breakfast, but after a hour of waiting we were not seated. We had 3 children under 3 years old and the staff was completely unhelpful. They even mentioned the manager was busy dealing with more upset customers, I guess acting professionally doesn't help anymore. After speaking to the manager for 5 mins and explaining our situation and asking for something for the kids to snack on, he stated we could grab some muffins. Completely useless. After 30 mins you would expect the staff to have explained to us the situation and offered some pastries. Who would think they needed to pack snacks or pre-eat to go to a buffet that we had reservations to. Either way, we left and got the buffet at the four seasons. Which had excellent food, service, and was cheaper than the Disney buffet. #MickeyStarvingBabies #WhatHappenedToCustomerService

Overcrowded. People place towels everywhere to save their spots. Overpriced, overhyped.

Not sure if it is, but this should be a 5 diamond hotel as Every cast member is smiling, courteous and helpful. The daily activities they have for the children is absolutely wonderful and the food is great every where you turn. A must visit destinationl for families looking for Fun and a pleasant vacation!

At my timing, I was shooting American idol, it was quite fun time!

Being local, I knew some of the workers and enjoyed seeing them again. I had a great time in the gym and spa during my stay. Now, though I am not staying, I come during the weekends for pun trading.

The absolute BEST resort ever! My family and I had a tremendous holiday. Excellent food, friendly/helpful staff, and lots to do for the children. It was truly a MAGICAL week! Thank you so much... we will return : )

Aulani is beautiful, good food and great vibes. Location is okay, you'd have to drive out to get to Waikiki or anywhere else. I just can't justify the price unless you have young kids.

The best vacation that we've had to date. Close to Paradise Cove, where GREAT snorkeling with the fish is only a 10 minute walk away. Love it!

Not Disney quality. Very crowded but no accommodations for the crowds. Bathrooms were limited in the kids pool section. Not enough seating for cafe, but for a dozen tables when dozens were in demand. As someone from OC, I'm really confused. The lagoon was a crowd of screaming kids. Least relaxing resort ever.

Great family vacation spot - warm and welcoming staff, excellent amenities, unparalleled atmosphere. Very relaxing and enjoyable time away.

I have been to Aulani five times in the last six months - accompanying my travel groups as they stay six days to a week at this resort. Each time I walk in the main lobby, hear the drums, see the welcoming staff (who always recognize me!), and make my way through the beautifully built resort, I have to take a moment to soak it all in.

This resort is definitely Disney in prices, the amount of people who come, and the general feel. BUT they have the best staff in the business, delicious food, fun children water activities, beautiful live music each night, and (as only Disney can do) they have the perfect atmosphere created on their private beach.

If money isn't an issue for you, it's worth going to - hands down!

Room and pool were very nice. WiFi doesn't work that well and the Beach doesn't have nearly enough chairs and umbrellas.

Awesome resort with great amenities and amazing resort. Came for our honeymoon and had a blast.

Because there are so many things to do, there is great food, and it is truly just an amazing place.

Wonderful resort for kids, the rooms are nice and the food options are great. The kids breakfast with Disney characters is so much fun! The only complaint is how crowded the resort is. The photos on the website leave a serene family environment but when you arrive it's packed with people. The pool is impossible to get a chair at unless you wake up and reserve one with towels or items. Everyone seems to do this because at 7am almost all the chairs are already reserved. This resort would have 5 starts but the crowding seems to be extreme. I'm used to kid resorts and busy places but this place is difficult to manage planning a day event after you're already here, because everything is reserved up!

Great hotel. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. A bit far from Waikiki but if all you want is a getaway that has everything at the hotel itself, this is a great option.

It is very family orientated and my wife and I were given the five star treatment even though we were celebrating a birthday. They took very good care and made sure my wife and I were blown away at how great of an experience it was

My son, his girlfriend and I stayed at Aulani the last weekend in Jan. 2020. It was my first trip to Hawaii. Unfortunately, I was on crutches and needed a lot of assistance. The resort was up to ADA standards BUT what made the trip spectacular with no stress was the staff! We made use of the spa, pools, and restaurants. Every one offered to help with great patience. There are beach wheelchairs too. I borrowed a resort wheelchair most of the time and it was fine. I do not recommend Hawaii on crutches but if you have no other choice- then the Aulani staff is the best!

Exceptional food and service, expensive price point. For longer stays, be sure to explore the rest of the island- Aulani, like all Disney Resorts, works on a weekly activity schedule, so if you stay in one place things start to get repetitive.Would absolutely recommend!

Beach was great. Free parking for 30 minutes. Great area. Very kid friendly.

Amazing resort that gives you the special Disney magic, but without overdoing it. Definitely pricey, but well worth it. Pools and chairs are exclusive to resort guests but you have full access to the 4 lagoons in the area.

This place had Everything from scavenger hunt, water sliding for kids only, different pools with nice view to the beach. They even had daycare so that you can have a date with significant other.

This is by far the best vacation experience we've ever had. 10 stars!!! Everything was amazing. Can't wait to come back. Home away from home.

We were able to visit this beautiful establishment in March. My mother in law had asked to go to Aulani after the passing of my father in law the previous year. She wanted to get away from the drama of everything that transpired after his passing. By the time we arrived at Aulani, we were in the beginnings of a pandemic. Even so, the staff made our visit the most memorable time in our lives! Everything was impeccable, and it felt like we were among family. From snorkeling with tropical fish, walking along a picturesque shoreline, to dining with Disney characters, it was well worth it! I especially enjoyed the shops on site and the numerous pools for various ages. The rooms were always clean and we were well taken care of. I truly enjoyed spending time with my family, learning about Hawaiian culture and cultivating my aloha spirit. One day, I pray we can revisit and see the sights that were closed and the authentic luau with Mickey . Overall, my family, especially our 11 and 13 year old daughters, give Aulani 5 stars. I can't wait to visit here again!!!

Personally, I think this the best hotel because it has way more than just swimming.

I went to the Aulani as a tpur of the grounds. The pond there is one of the best i have ever seen with 2ft long carp. The facilities and grounds were very plush and wellkept.

We love this resort. This is our third visit. We love the rooms, the theming, the pool area, and the beach. We could easily spend our whole time at the resort.

Lovely resort. Atmosphere is very pleasant and there's always something to do. Kind of pricey .

The room is 1600$ a night and for that price I expected a lot more. That is the reason for only 3 star review. The room is not perfectly clean. The fridge looks like someone practiced hockey slapshot's against it. All dented and missing a part. The beds in both the master and 2nd bedroom are like sleeping on a picnic table. Very cheap and uncomfortable. But the resort does have a lot of charm

I enjoy the restaurants, their private beach, and the pool area. Makes my stay in Hawaii just a bit better.

1. WiFi signal is very weak. I couldn't stream one single video without any interruption. 2. After-checkout service is not good. If you need to hangout in the hotel you will have a hard time especially if the weather is bad.

Expensive Disney resort which has great service, character buffet breakfast, water slides, hottubs, adult only and family pools. Great beach area, plenty of amenities for snacks, restaurants, and souvenir gift shops. Excellent choice for families and kids.

We came here for our two year old baby bday party. We were so excited with the idea of coming. We are locals from Maui. Beautiful resort n grate pools for keikis, however, the service is terrible!!!the lady at the restaurant was extremely rude and the second night extremely poor attention n service. Is it because we r locals??we felt that the people around us were getting a different treatment... No one calls u to welcome u. No special surprises for my 2 year old baby bday party. The times they offer a postcard or a Mickey pin was when we were already leaving the restaurant instead of when we were getting there. For as much as we paid a much better service is expected. Never coming back. This is pathetic n disgusting. I can't believe they don't improve this horrible service. Horrible!

Overpriced for the services provided. The children's programs are nice. Adult drinks are WAY overpriced. It seems to be it is just another nice hotel that uses the Disney name to overcharge guests. The facilities are nice, but no better than I could get at another hotel.

This place has been an amazing vacation for our family. The resort and rooms are well kept and it includes the same Disney magic that we have experienced elsewhere. The kids have loved it and we will remember this for a longtime to come.

Great concept, excellent for families with little ones. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Amaama dinner was one good highlight- check for local sunset times before making reservations.

Nice place. Heavily employed. Hawaii is bad enough on prices to get there. It's just as bad to stay there too

Beautiful atmosphere of relaxation. We had tropical drinks at the tiki bar with Ahi "nachos" that were amazing.

Rented a two bedroom villa for family. Very nice. Excellent restaurants and friendly staff. One negative-unreliable internet connection in our villa. It is better near lobby.

Been here four times for family vacation. We noticed the service has started to decline significantly . For example, our hotel room was not serviced for one night and when we called the next day to ask for service, their reply was our shift did not start yet and when their shift did start - still did not service our room. Had to call three times. And no, we did not have the do not disturb sign out like they lovingly blamed us for. The lock in our room also malfunctioned requiring significant noise by their contracted to fix. Lovely again. Also beach dinning took 2 hours for us to finally be serviced our food! Ridiculous! Then when asked if there was coffee available for the afternoon, the call service directed us to the beach coffee shop. Went down only to be disappointed that it was closed! Apparently their own staff is not aware what hours are available for certain services. They seemed focused on their vacation home customers than hotel guests. I was very disappointed and hope others have a different experience. We thought Hilton village was a far greater value. My son also said I miss the Hilton .
