Been here four times for family vacation. We noticed the service has started to decline significantly . For example, our hotel room was not serviced for one night and when we called the next day to ask for service, their reply was our shift did not start yet and when their shift did start - still did not service our room. Had to call three times. And no, we did not have the do not disturb sign out like they lovingly blamed us for. The lock in our room also malfunctioned requiring significant noise by their contracted to fix. Lovely again. Also beach dinning took 2 hours for us to finally be serviced our food! Ridiculous! Then when asked if there was coffee available for the afternoon, the call service directed us to the beach coffee shop. Went down only to be disappointed that it was closed! Apparently their own staff is not aware what hours are available for certain services. They seemed focused on their vacation home customers than hotel guests. I was very disappointed and hope others have a different experience. We thought Hilton village was a far greater value. My son also said I miss the Hilton .
