Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pools and beach. Great kid activities. Nice fitness center. The Easter egg hunt was pretty lame. Took us 2 hours to get our bags. They kept sending them to the wrong room, even though I told them the correct room number.

We are Disney Vacation Club members, and this is our second time staying at Aulani. Our kids were absolute terrors on the plane and waiting for a rental car at the airport. (Free parking at Aulani for DVC members!) But they love to be here. They especially love floating in tubes on the lazy river. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the rooms are nice and clean. The TVs are a bit old and sometimes broken, but they usually get them fixed pretty quick if you ask. Food and things are expensive. We took the rental car to Target (there's also Costco nearby) on our first night to get a few groceries so we could plan on eating out a little less. The two-bedroom villa we're staying in has a full kitchen, and the appliances appear well kept and in fine working order. We're on the 10th floor. Each tower has 6 elevators, and they don't usually keep you waiting long. The elevator music is Hawaiian versions of popular Disney songs, which is fun. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, though expensive and a long trip to get there.

We went for an outdoor event and spent most of our time at the beach. They have a nice set up of umbrellas and beach chairs along the beach. We ordered drinks on the beach and the waitress was attentive. The food and drinks were pricey but you have to expect that from a resort hotel.

I don't think I can say anything bad about this place. My suite was incredible. Every piece of Disney magic makes it perfection. My daughter loved Auntie's Beach House. We loved the pools, the beach, and everything else in/around Ko'olina. The location isn't saturated with traffic or people like the Waikiki area is. It's heaven on earth.

This place is great. The suites have full kitchens with dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, and everything else you can think of. The decor is nice and in great shape. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. And the access to the beach is great. The pools are nice, and there's plenty of snack options right in the pool area. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes Disney and loves Hawaii.

Amazing hotel. All the service expected from Disney but without the over the top aspects you might find in other Disney properties. Great pools and fun water slides. The sea cove was amazing for snorkeling, even for a scaredy cat. Only downside was being a little too far away from downtown Honolulu.

Great hotel, pricey though. The stuff is almost too nice. The valet/parking is expensive but effective and convenient. The rooms are comfortable and very quite, even with pool view you can't hear anything from the outside. The pools are nice and a lot of fun. The beach is convenient, there is always a beach chair available. The service on the beach is very handy. The food is average. Plenty of activities all over the hotel. Nothing to do in close proximity outside of the hotel so if you want to visit the island it's 30-40 minutes away from everything. Quite clean.

Paradise! It's amazing what Disney is able to do. We took a day to see the sites of Hawaii, the entire time the kids wanted to go back to "Mickey Island". Really an enjoyable place for all ages.

Beware the Disney Vacation Club!!! Sounds great at first, but if you don't use your timeshare every single year, it's not worth it. Maintenence fees are easily over $1000 every year. And it goes up every year.

You re better off spending half as much elsewhere. The hours for the pool are super limited, the hours for all the food are super limited, and if you don t meticulously plan everything you re SOL, The hilton has a WAY better breakfast that s included with the stay.

Fantastic quality, super clean, mini waterpark includes 2 waterslides, lazy river and Beach cove with paddle boarding rentals.

Everything is pretty pricy but you get fantastic service and lifeguards at all of the pools and Beach cove.

We loved it here. Outstanding facilities. Excellent service. Disney characters walking around for you to meet and take pictures with. And the best massages we've ever had. We think it was worth the cost and totally recommend it.

Ko Olina's resort is always enjoyed by Disney fans, regardless of age.
The rooms and the lobby are wonderful, with furniture and furniture and various amenities. In the calm atmosphere that the hall was based on dark color tree, Disney's world view and feelings are felt everywhere.
The programs and activities are fulfilling, and are designed to be enjoyed by children as well as adults.
An upgrade to the ocean view room was recommended (strongly) for an additional $ 80 at check-in. If you are staying for the first time, the impression is completely different, so please come! When. I am passionate about sales.
The only disappointing thing was about serving Japanese staff at this hotel. Don't expect the same response as Japanese Disney resorts. It was a short stay, but there were times when I felt uncomfortable with them. Those who were on vacation villa review were not very respectful to the guests but very rude than friendly. In addition, the guests who waited for the character meeting were suspicious of their ears, even those who were careful not to block the road in the garden. I can not treat Japanese guests enough, and I wonder where the added value is as a Japanese staff. I think Japanese people have high expectations especially for people working at Disney Resort, so I would like you to be a person who cares like Japanese.

It also helped me to see the smiles and customer service attitudes of staff other than Japanese. Care for the staff at the restaurant and poolside was great.

Single greatest vacation spot for Disney fans. Hawaiian culture on the forefront with respect to the island people and cultures. Then Disney runs in the background. Except for Disney service. Cast members every 20-30 feet to service guests.

Disney with an authentic Hawaiian flair.
We enjoyed a magical stay at Disney's Aulani resort in Dec. 2016.

Get your wrist-bands to use the pools, lazy river, and water slides.
Don't miss out on the free daily activities. Check your "Daily Iwa" newsletter.

Talk to the cast members -- they are so friendly, and enjoy sharing about the Hawaiian culture.

Don't miss the pizza, evenings at the Ulu Cafe.

Hotel is Amazing, however the Reservation department should elaborate on what featured attractions are and are not available. We booked during Spring Break 2019 so we could do the breakfast with the Disney characters. Upon arrival after checking in, we were told that we need to make reservation. After checking in, we checked reservation, only to be told that there were no reservations available during our two day stay. This was very disappointing. The rest of the hotel features were Awesome.

Resort does not have a Disney theme. You would know you were at a Disney property except for the characters walking around and the timeshare brochures placed everywhere. This resort also is not practicing good hygiene in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. There are no hand sanitizing stations located around the property. It s just business as usual and it feels very discombobulated with what is going on in the rest of the world.

If you buy a cup at Karepa store, you can drink juice all the time. Because rice is expensive, it is good to go out to the poolside of 1F and buy rice at the shop towards the sea towards the sea. The time and the time will be taught by phone, but the location name is not on the map, so it is better to listen to the cast or to prepare in Japan. Minnie's Guri, check in on weekdays Sometimes I did it only twice in the morning of the day and when I checked in from the afternoon I couldn't see that day

Breakfast is expensive at $ 40. The taste is good but I do not think it is proportional to the price. The children were very happy. It was use only for the restaurant.
There is a beach at the back of the pool and it is a superb view. It is recommended that you prepare for bathing and go out as you can use even if you are not a guest.

It is the best environment resort if it is accompanied with children.
Snorkeling and swimming pool facilities are very well equipped, and children's play classes are also available.
The golf course is right next to Ko Olina, so a golf tour is good.

Amazing place. Such a beautiful resort, gorgeous beach. Tons of activities to do whether free or pay. Staff is very friendly. Movie night in the back for kids was awesome, the pig roast and show was a solid 12/10. Rooms are great. Had a full suite with beach view with just amazing morning view. Nothing negative to really say about this place. It's a win win. Kids have an amazing fun time while the adults can still kick back relax and enjoy vacation.

I did bout have the best experience there. Service was poor at times. My daughter burned her finger at the buffet line. Then we forgot our go-pro in our room... when we called back tho locate it the service was awful...it was like they didn't care because we had checked out and they had our money. It was my 8 yr old birthday present and the first time she used the go-pro... very disappointed...

Went shopping for the limited edition Oru turtle doll but wasn't able to get it. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. Smiling staff assist in any way possible. The location is quite far away from Honolulu but the property is so large it feels as if you don't need to go anywhere else anyway. A great getaway for locals and tourists alike!
