My wife and I have just purchased a Q 5. Interacting with Sofia Diana was most satisfying. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and her tuitorial session about the car was on point. Came into audi just to take a look but ended up leaving with an S5 all thanks to Jerry Singh. He really nailed it when it came to our budget and providing great customer service. I have been a customer at Audi of Lynbrook for two years and have had interactions with representatives of every department. All have been respectful and helpful while providing exceptional customer service. Most recently, my sale rep, Sofia, did a wonderful job of getting me an awesome deal on my new Q5. She provided wonderful service and followed up with me after. Everyone was very patient with my questions and concerns and assured that I didn t leave until I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable about my new purchase. I have visited other Audi dealerships in the NYC/Long Island area, and this has been the best.

The worst service dealership ever!!! Unless you bo...

The worst service dealership ever!!! Unless you bought a car from there and paid for extended warranty do not, and say DO NOT bring your car there.....had a repair done $1600 worth left the dealership with in 30 minutes the same warming light went off.....brought it right back and they claimed it.might be something else. Brought it back low and behold they found something else which would cost me more money to fix. They called left a message I called them with in 2 minutes. ..now the service is closed and miraculously everyone has left for the day. Called for a manager ....no return call....emailed the manager said he would call back....never did. They even had one couple waiting for the car and totally forgot they said they were waiting. If they didn't ask what was going on they would've helped close for the night...after being on the dealership for 6 hours they finally gave them a loaner. The best is my fault took my car for a simple oil change because I was unable to do it the moment and was there waiting....they claimed to find a leak(which before then never had one) but instead of telling me where it was while I was in the showroom. ..they claimed they couldn't find me! They have my cell phone/email and let's not forget I was sitting in the waiting area right in plane sight but the couldn't find me. Oh and if you drive a manual transmission. ..don't bother 90% of the staff including the mechanics can't drive one...had to get my car.in the parking lot meanwhile EVERY other person who picked up their car did in the garage.

Update 2/11/17

So after bringing my car back the same day I picked it up from the repair that they didn't fix ...and dropping it off in 1/24/17 in which they gave me a loaner ( mind you I have a 2009 S5 6 speed) they gave me a station wagon automatic that drinks gas like it has a hole in the gas tank. So it's now 2/11/17 and still my car isn't fixed and will get the lovely courtesy calls of my car will be ready the next day just to get a call when the service dept is about to close to be told another day it will be ready.....and will be given the lame excuse time and time again tomorrow tomorrow. .....I was supposed to get a call today (2/11) at noon about my car.....waiting waiting waiting. ...no call 550pm. THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. Stay tuned for the next bullshit excuse on Monday.

My experience with Justina was absolutely phenomenal. She went over all the specs and details of the Audi Q5 with me to make sure this was the right car for my wife and I. On the day of the delivery, they both went above and beyond to deliver the car to my wife for her surprise birthday party. Her and Jessie have been in constant touch with me since I bought this vehicle. I am happy to be part of the Audi Lynbrook family. I highly recommend this dealership !!!!!!!

i came in for a NY state inspection an left with damges to the bottom right side of both the passager and back seat doors. they knew someone in service hit the car, there was no way not to notice such i huge hit, the service manger took responsiblity, And Audi is fixing the damages.

i was so pissed, i was ushered to my car ready to leave, they didnt even tell me what happened, i merely said " thats not my car" my car wasnt hit!"

Now i have to trust them to fix my car, Does anyone see the irony in this!

I worked with Phillip P on a lease for a new Audi. Overall the experience was quick and painless he listened to what my expectations were and did his best to meet them. I can't say enough about how good this experience was. Also the finance manager Ronnel was also very helpful and patient. He did his best to bring the price as close to what I was comfortable paying. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

The very positive experience I have enjoyed as a new member of the Audi Lynbrook family has validated my decision to leave BMW ownership after many years. Rennoy and Asia (in sales) are terrific and have been great to work with. Asia always makes herself available (with a ready smile) to help me with any car technology issues I may have from time to time (as does Crystal, when Asia is unavailable), which is greatly appreciated. Finally, Mary (in service) is highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. In short, my team at Audi Lynbrook is first class!

I had an amazing experience at Audi Lynbrook location. I worked with Jason Chance who was very accommodating to me and my boyfriends needs. He wasn t pushy and genuinely wanted to meet our needs. Would recommend!!

Terrible customer service from the parts departmen...

Terrible customer service from the parts department manager. I called ahead and asked if they had a specific part number in stock, which they did. When i arrived, it was not the part I expected, due to my error of having the wrong part number. I apologized for providing the wrong information and I asked if they can look up the correct part, provide the part number, let me know if its in stock, if its in stock at another local dealer, or how long it would take to order. The parts manager overheard the conversation between me and the counter person and told him to not help me. The manager said they were not interested in providing a part number for me to give my business to another dealer. Mind you, I bought a $130k car from this dealership 1 year prior. The counter person was very nice and continued to help look for the part in their system, even though the manager was displeased. As I am describing the part, the manager further realizes I am ordering a part that did not come on my car (rather a factory option that I was adding), and further expressed his displeasure to not help me because "we cant sell you that or else they (audi) are held liable if your car fails due to your modification". I remind them that I am the one liable as I am doing the work. This entire ordeal ended after 8 minutes, when the manger had the final word that the counter person was wasting too much time (apparently 8 minutes is too much time on a customer who previously spent $130k there?) on a part that was not in stock, that they wouldn't order since it was special order (non-returnable) and if I selected the wrong part, I wouldn't pick it up....even though I'd have to pay for it before they placed the order. Avoid this parts department at all costs simply because of the manager. With that said, the person actually helping me at the counter (Jamaican man) was more than accommodating even though his manager was yelling all these concerns/orders from a chair 10 feet away, while stuffing his mouth with his lunch.

Just purchased a car from Audi of Lynbrook and I m was blown away with the quality of service. Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted by Gustavo Moreno. Mr Moreno was so helpful from start to finish, making the whole process as smooth as possible. From making sure we were comfortable while waiting to screwing on my plates in the snow!! I couldn t have ask for a better experience with a more genuine agent. Will definitely return for our next purchase.

This review is solely targeted towards Audi Lynbrook Service department. Their ill and non professional service has left me no option than to report them to BBB, consumer affairs and NYS DMV.

Beware of their bills and services as my experience was bitter and could serve as a warning for innocent consumers. Their non ethical approach towards their profession can result in a head ache. A small oil change job on a running and drivable car with them has resulted in a costly job. Now they want me to spend more than the value of the car itself.

My case: I took my Audi A4 to them in a perfectly drivable condition for a simple oil change. When I went to pick the car and after paying for oil change , I was told that the car is not starting and require thousands to be spent to make it back to drivable condition. Christina (front Service desk) and Mike (service manager) made my life horrible to a point where now I am thinking too just junk the car or file a law suit against them. They are not even taking my calls anymore and ignoring me.

Even now they have no clue in how to fix the car as they have messed it up during oil change to an extent where it might requires a new engine. First they said spend $1300 then $2000 and now asking more money to make the car driveable.

My husband and I went to Audi Lynbrook looking for a new car for our
son. We sat down with Coldit our sales consultant who offered his
assistance. We are new to Audi so Coldit explained how Audi cars and
packages work. We sat in the new A3 and felt comfortable that this was
the car for our son. Coldit asked us for a list of options that we were
interested in having. He searched and found 3 cars that suited our
needs, which was great because it gave us a choice of white, grey or
black. This was one of the easiest purchases that we have ever had at a
dealership. Why waste time bouncing from dealer to dealer after being
made so confident in our decision. Ask for Coldit, his name is
synonymous with professionalism. Enjoy your new ride.

Went in to this dealership and found only one car that I saw online. Also, the car I saw was in such a bad shape, I just wanted to leave the dealership. Went to another Audi dealership and got exactly what I was looking for.
Avoid this dealership If they say they have multiple other options in the lot. You will be disappointed.

I was literally about to finalize the deal on another luxury vehicle but I was forced by my husband to go look at the Audi..I did it just to satisfy him, but when I went to Audi Lynbrook I met Crystal and it changed everything. She demonstrated the car to me like it was the only car that exists...I mean, what a presentation. I was forced to drive the car haha and I'm so happy I was because I fell in love immediately. This was my first experience dealing with Audi in Lynbrook. Although Dax was nice and did attempt to be helpful. My experience when it came to dealing with the signing was subpar. To make it short they made a mistake and overcharged me $650. They then called to say it has to be mailed, which was fine. But then, was called again to be told that in fact that information was wrong and we needed to give the same person who made the mistake our CC information. For a luxury dealership I expected a better experience when it came to working through the financial aspect of leasing this vehicle.

OTHERWISE, the car is beautiful. I love the car and would consider getting another Audi but potentially at another dealership.

Sofia is a GREAT salesperson. I went looking to see if there was a car that I could possibly like but didn t have any intentions of finding anything that day. She let me look around to choose which vehicle I liked the best. once I test drove a car I knew I found something I really wanted. Even though me and my boyfriend were the last in the dealership Sofia made sure I was comfortable with pricing, and she set up my insurance so that way when I came back the next day all I had to do was sign paperwork and drive away.She made the whole process extremely comfortable and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Audi at this location.

I don't even know where to begin with this dealership. From outright lies regarding Audi's lease pull-ahead, to incompetent service, to b.s. numbers on a new vehicle lease ... I honestly don't know where to begin.

I would only give good remarks about Saheed and a gentleman in service that has picked up/dropped off our car several times.

Outside of that, they seem to prey on people in hopes that they are clueless and are willing to throw money at the dealership.

I came into the dealership torn between a new Audi Q7 or Volvo XC90. Ronnell was our sales person and was terrific. We test drove the Q7 and fell in love with it. Ronnell contacted me a few days later to inform me of a special program they were offering. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price over the phone and we came in the next day to pick up our brand new Audi Q7. The whole process was smooth and easy and there were no hidden junk fees that people warned me about. I recommend Audi Lynbrook and Ronnell Jones.

She put me in the perfect vehicle (a new Q3) and I absolutely love it ! She was great ! I went to Audi Lynbrook on 3/16/2017. I was assigned a gentleman called Andrew. I had a safety recall and other lists e.g. tire rotate and balance, dash board showing low oil. etc. ..I handed over a list of the things to be done on a piece of paper. I asked for a loan car but he said it s not available. Understandable short notice ( even though no where in the contract says I have to give them 2 weeks notice). I dropped off my car and came back home.

1) As soon as I got home Andrew called me and said that I do not have extended warranty. He said he talked his manager as well. I had to send my copy of my Audi Pure Platinum Protection. Why? Is he and his manager too lazy to look for it?

2) I was told he finished all the list and I can pick up my car on 3/19/18. When I picked my car he wrote on the paper that they topped off oil. After driving 10 minutes the dash board showed low oil. I sent him the picture. He said may mechanics told me he topped off. I went a regular auto shop and topped off myself even though I had their best platinum Audi Pure Protection. It s not a big bucks but I am talking about what I paid and what service I got. Flat out careless .....Stealing!!!

3) I asked him did you order my carpet ( Xzilion warranty). He said he will directly ship to my address. I can not even trust if he did. He never responded my text and call.

4) My wife called office to complain but nobody returned her call.

I will never recommend Audi Lynbrook the place to buy ( I had shared my experience few years ago). and for service your car. I still love my Audi Q5 but the experience I have with Lynbrook dealer is so bad. Hopefully, Audi America will oversee this and make some changes.
