Audi Lindbrook & Inchcape Review

So disappointed with the loaner car management. Everytime I come, I call weeks ahead to schedule a car for service and to make sure a loaner is available. Each time, they make me wait as well as dont have a car even available to me. On top of that, Raymond has called me and was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. He called my cell and my work 3x in a row to interrogate me about the loaner car, accusing me of it smelling like smoke. On top of that he started to talk to someone else while on the phone with me. Extremely disappointed with Raymond and this part of service. Due to this, I will not be returning to Audi lynbrook or my 5 family members

I worked with Jason to upgrade to a new A6 and he made the overall experience pleasurable. He was patient in showing me the features of the car as well as negotiating numbers that worked well for me, as a returning customer. I will certainly work with Jason and Audi Lynbrook again.

I needed a car within a few weeks. Rennoy was upfront with me, truthful, helpful, and very friendly. I lived a good distance away and handled everything over the phone. No issues whatsoever. I recommend speaking with Rennoy if you choose to shop for a car here.

Car purchasing can be a painful and frustrating experience, but I had the best experience when I recently leased a Q3 from Lynbrook Audi thanks to the help and guidance of Christopher Weis. He was able to find the specific car/color/features I was looking for and he went out of his way to get it delivered in the timeline I requested. He was very detailed and patient with all my questions. Even after I picked up the car, when I reached out with additional questions he was very professional and prompt with his replies. I came in to Audi Lynbrook in Today for information on a new car from Audi. Andri Criz was able to go over the Audi Etron Quattro that was just released. I have to say it was an amazing experience as he was able to go over th process and the fact that the vehicle is coming next year made it amazing. I own a Prius so to be able to jump in Luxury and still drive electric is awesome. I did not like other models as they looked a little weird but the Audi Andri showed me looked like the other Audi s which is amazing. Can not wait to finish my order with Andri and Audi Lynbrook . Went in for recall, picked up vehicle noticed back up
Camera wasn't wthe eking, returned next day, back up camera repaired, notice day after privacy guard was missing. Was then given a used privacy guard. Service was so trrrible, never received questionnaire.

I went in for an oil change, and of course I assumed they would start telling me all the work my car needs. The service rep Paul Hoffmann actually did so. But he didn't pressure me into anything, and in fact he advised me on what is necessary for now and what I can hold off on. He was very polite, respectful, and courteous. He was also very personable which made me relax as he offered me advise on how to take care of my car. While waiting for the service to be complete the mechanic ran into a problem. Mr Hoffmann took me to where my car was and he and Mike Dolce showed me exactly what the issue was and assured me they would take care of it. My stay that day ended up being longer then expected, but I wasn't bothered at all because at the end my car was fixed, running smoothly and they treated me like a person instead of a customer.

Rennoy elevated my car buying experience. Been shopping all over for some months and Rennoy made me feel at home, like I belong in an Audi. I definitely will be coming back.

Great place! I drove 2 hours just to go purchase a car from there since I heard great things.. I was treated with the most kindness and respect by everyone there. The sales consultant Asia Johnson specifically was a great help! It's not too many places that have patience, respect, and professionalism for any and everyone that comes through the door. AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE AT ALL COST.

My partner and I bought a car from this dealership and it was not a positive experience. The lack of transparency is unnerving. The complete disconnect of communication between departments is completely unacceptable. There are tons of dealerships on sunrise highway. Drive past this one.

We went to see a car and it wasn't drive-able and when it was turned on it smelt like rotten eggs. Our salesman showed us a few other options and landed on a nice, used Ford SUV. We were told they would match the APR on the pre-approved loan we came in with but they didn't. When we arrived to pick up the car are our agreed upon time it wasn't ready. A part needed to come in at a later date to be installed and no one felt it was important to let us know? the day we left a deposit on the car and the day we came to pick it up were 6 days a part. They had a full working week to alert us and no one did. So when we arrived to drive off the lot it was very frustrating that we weren't told ahead of time that they would need more time to prep the vehicle. We waited four hours because our salesman had to drive to another mechanic to get us a temporary piece so we had a way home (as we were dropped off and left stranded if we couldn't drive away with the car).

Fast forward a full working week and weekend, my partner had to go back to have the new piece to be installed. We were told by our salesman that he would confirm when the part was in the dealership and never did so we followed up. He confirmed it's there. My partner arrives early the next day to find out that he needed an appointment to get the car serviced, which was never mentioned when the issue was first brought up. He is currently waiting there and it's now hitting hour 4 and he has to use PTO for work because this wasn't complete in a timely manner.

Horrific, just don't do it to yourself.

I had a preowned 2014 Audi Q5 that I received in October of 2016. I loved my car and it handled the road beautifully. Several months later I returned to Audi Lynbrook to express my concerns to Sales Rep. Andri Cruz. I told him that I wanted to change cars again for the "2018" Audi Q5. Mr. Cruz reiterated throughout my visit to think "positive and believe that CHANGE is coming..." On the same day of my visit I was approved for a 48 month lease. Mr. Cruz gave me an opportunity to TEST drive the car, as he continually explained the major differences in the 2018 version. Throughout the paperwork, I felt comfortable working with Mr. Cruz to make "change" happen. He demonstrated having the ability to speak honestly about the business transaction, he fully explained the paperwork before I signed anything and further prepared me for the challenges of speaking with the finance manager to make more good things happen. I STRONGLY urge prospective patrons to ask for Andri Cruz' assistance. He is simply wonderful, delightful and knows everything about Audi cars. Andri is patient, understanding and professional; he will become the next District Manager giving hope to many and making good things happen.

Very very very very funny had a good time with parts

I hardly ever write reviews at all but what we ve experienced here worth telling the world about it!
So my husband and I were shopping for a car for a really long time, given that there were so many things on our list what our perfect car should look like, we ve only narrowed it down to a couple car brands. Audi wasn t even on the list cause it seemed too luxurious for us for some reason.
We went to many different dealerships and had a chance to test drive several cars, but the moment we park the car the sales person would jump right in to stuff like Soooo, let s do business! , or Are you ready to talk numbers? and just being too pushy in general, so the last thing you want is to do any sort of business with that place. But Audi Lynbrook is a completely different story.
Upon entering we were greeted by one of their brand specialists super cheerful Asia Johnson:) We found the car my husband and I fall in love with and decided we want to take our new baby home. We came back the next day to proceed with all paperwork. Asia was super helpful and made this time-consuming process smooth and fun. It s such a pleasure to work with someone with such great personality and a high level of professionalism. Chances are, if it wasn t for Asia we wouldn t end up getting that car.
The whole experience was wonderful! Thank you Asia! And thank you Audi Lynbrook!
