What is the point of security cameras when it's obvious no one cares what happens on this property. The one thing that everyone in business understand is lawsuit. Since no one answers phones, maybe the attorneys can get it together....

I Have Been Waiting On My Security Deposit Since January 1st 2019 They Told Me It Can Take Up To Thirty Days & They ve Already Moved Someone In My Previously Apartment Nothing Was Wrong But A Damage Blind That They Already Took They Money Out It s Going On Feb 1st 2019 & Yet Still Haven t Mailed Out My Deposit This Company Is Very Racial I Done Went & The Office & Asked The Mean Lady Who Over The Properties s She Makes Up So Many Excuses Then Send You Out The Door Very Poor Properties s Management...

I have found this company to be on the low end of employers, please look elsewhere for maintenance tech jobs.

The worst management service. No one is ever available to take your calls. They make up numerous excuses for their "apartment managers" over all poor poor poor management.

Number listed is a fax line. Their properties, especially Brookwood Terrace, never answers the damn phone!

First Cumberland owns a complex called The Oaks of Gallatin . The office manager that answers the calls is located at October Homes, she does not know how to return an email, phone call or ANYTHING. My 3 month old s room as flooded 4 times since February of 2019, it is now June. All they do is tear up the carpet & bring a dehumidifier and fan. They run up our electricity, mess up my little boy s room and they have yet to fix the problem. I would NOT recommended these properties. I also called First Cumberland 4 times and no answer. I m very very upset.
