Great place to buy cars, need to ensure you negotiate but the have a wide range of cars and the service is good.

Jo service adviser was excellent but put in awkward situation but other member of staff who was rude abrupt and unhelpful, situation being looked into by a further staff member

A large car retailer and service agent for several manufactures, service is poor at point of contact ie service reception. Labour charges are high but the work is poor, having said that the coffee was nice!

Pushy. Desperate to get you to sign up to expensive finance. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

The VW sales rep Raymond was very helpful. However, the head of finance unapologetically refused to honour a deal on their website. Clearly a lot more focused on sales than customer satisfaction.

Part Exchange valuations ridiculously low. Appreciate they need to make a margin but what they offer is clearly greed based. Typical main dealer approach but even worse than dealers on the mainland. Add to that they are at least 10-15% over the top on their used car 'for sale' prices. Such a shame they have a monopoly but clearly if your looking to buy cash a nearly new or 1-2 year old motor then even consider getting from mainland. Non vat qualifying priced vehicles and inc your travel and import costs would still be cheaper than Jacksons!

Only have good things to say. Everybody (special thanks to Rachel) was / is very professional, accommodating and eager to provide good service. There's no denying that the prices are high(er than most everybody else on island) but I can't deny that the quality of service is there to (arguably) justify said prices. I should clarify that I'm commenting specifically on the service department at this juncture. All in all was a good experience. Long may it continue.

Definitely only interested in selling a car than looking after their customers. We love our new car but are so disappointed with the after care service from Jackson's Garage we won't buy from them again

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very welcoming and talked through everything. Excellent waiting facilities and even have some distractions for children if they have to wait with you also.
