I have been a customer at Audi of Lynbrook for two years and have had interactions with representatives of every department. All have been respectful and helpful while providing exceptional customer service. Most recently, my sale rep, Sofia, did a wonderful job of getting me an awesome deal on my new Q5. She provided wonderful service and followed up with me after. Everyone was very patient with my questions and concerns and assured that I didn t leave until I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable about my new purchase. I have visited other Audi dealerships in the NYC/Long Island area, and this has been the best.
