This review is solely targeted towards Audi Lynbrook Service department. Their ill and non professional service has left me no option than to report them to BBB, consumer affairs and NYS DMV.

Beware of their bills and services as my experience was bitter and could serve as a warning for innocent consumers. Their non ethical approach towards their profession can result in a head ache. A small oil change job on a running and drivable car with them has resulted in a costly job. Now they want me to spend more than the value of the car itself.

My case: I took my Audi A4 to them in a perfectly drivable condition for a simple oil change. When I went to pick the car and after paying for oil change , I was told that the car is not starting and require thousands to be spent to make it back to drivable condition. Christina (front Service desk) and Mike (service manager) made my life horrible to a point where now I am thinking too just junk the car or file a law suit against them. They are not even taking my calls anymore and ignoring me.

Even now they have no clue in how to fix the car as they have messed it up during oil change to an extent where it might requires a new engine. First they said spend $1300 then $2000 and now asking more money to make the car driveable.
