This was my first experience dealing with Audi in Lynbrook. Although Dax was nice and did attempt to be helpful. My experience when it came to dealing with the signing was subpar. To make it short they made a mistake and overcharged me $650. They then called to say it has to be mailed, which was fine. But then, was called again to be told that in fact that information was wrong and we needed to give the same person who made the mistake our CC information. For a luxury dealership I expected a better experience when it came to working through the financial aspect of leasing this vehicle.

OTHERWISE, the car is beautiful. I love the car and would consider getting another Audi but potentially at another dealership.
