I purchased 9 glacier lights for the outside perim...

I purchased 9 glacier lights for the outside perimeter of my house. the coating on the glass came off on every one within the first year at the tune of approximately 1 a month . everytime this happens I reach out to customer service. after multiple emails they finally respond and send a replacement....one at a time. I asked if there was a known problem and if so please tell me so we dont have to keep going threw this inconvenience and come up with a solution, they never responded just keep sending me replacements. I have been emailing them for over a week trying to get a resolution on the final one.

This is the best company to deal with for kitchen / bathroom related items and lighting. Get this: I ordered an Artika shower caddie from another on-line company in Montreal, Quebec. Instead of getting my caddie, UPS delivered an Artika light fixture! I called Artika and explained the dilemma. Ariel in Customer Care was a real pro. She took the definition of customer care to a new level. When I explained the situation to her, she put me on hold for a couple minutes and came back to tell me that Artika will ship me the correct item at no extra charge! Now that, folks, is customer care. Kudos to this company for immediately doing the right thing. I also have a kitchen sink of theirs which I have had for many years. It is also a first-class product. A couple years back I needed a couple of replacement rubber stoppers for the metal tray that fits into the bottom of the sink. When I contacted Artika, they immediately sent me those parts free of charge. I highly recommend this company, given their track record of putting the customer first.

I think that all Artica lighting models are contemporary, modern and absolutely beautiful. 3 months ago I bought Oracle ORA5L-C1. For some reason my lighting stopped working. When I called customer service the representative Hanna Shade very professionally and in detail explained to me what would be my choices and took care of my concerns. I was greatly impressed by highest quality of your support. Thank you.

Beware -- Artika products sold by Costco are not s...

Beware -- Artika products sold by Costco are not supported. Costco says they won't accept returns because Artika won't accept return. Here's what Artika told me when I told them my lamp failed after 2 years:

"We manufactured the requested Horizon exclusively for Costco:

As Costco has short sales cycles, unfortunately we have completely depleted the inventory.
For the products mentioned below, when the item is not operational or defective we usually advise clients to replace the unit directly with the Retailer:

No parts could resolve the issue as the bulbs are directly incorporated into the unit and we do not have Ballasts/Power-supplies available as a part.
It is very unfortunate that for this particular unit we do not have adapters/ballasts. Please be aware that since 2015 Artika offers Parts Care Services for Customer purchases at reasonable prices in order to extend the usage of all new released products. Artika now holds various parts for periods up to 10-Years."

On very few occasions I have written a sales review, but this has to be one of the more pleasant ones that I have experienced. Today, I purchased your

Hologram 4-light Integrated LED Pendant. Your sales representative was Hanna Shade. Hanna was awesome, she was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I was a little hesitant to buy the light fixture ( price, shipping, led voltage, etc ) but Hanna made me feel at ease when she informed me of the return policies from Artika and the best part of the conversation was when Hanna made me realized that the price will be in Canadian Dollars, that converted to a US Dollar the price will be at lot less. I could not resist!...then, I bought the Light fixture. I want to inform you that Hanna is an asset to your company, her level of human touch is outstanding. Due to this experience, you have earned a new customer and I will recommend Hanna and your company Artika with all my family members and co-workers.

Zero Stars. Where is that button??
I called Customer Service and Kim returned my call.
She was absolutely the WORST customer service rep I have ever spoken to!
She actually hung up on me, when I asked her to transfer my call to her manager. We didn't get to the problems with the products!
If you have an issue with a product, you must inform them via email... essentially you are doing the customer service rep's job for the company.
If you don't have a computer, email address or skills, I hope you don't get Kim on the phone.
She's rude. Sarcastic. inappropriate. Unprofessional. Quickly made a bad thing worse.
Artika - A better way to service your customers is to talk to your customers, especially when they have problems with your products.
I'm not excited about buying Artika products again.

Had an issue with an item purchased from a large retail store and reached out Artika support for spare parts instead of returning the item.

Response was very quick and over my expectations, they offered to send more spares for my item than I required and was all processed within a day.

Strongly recommend Artika for Living products.

Update October 6: I remain unanswered despite Artika's note. Nothing in my mailbox, nor in the spam.

I bought 6 Cloudraker ceiling lights from Costco. 5 out of 6 died within 3 years of use! 2 have been replaced, I am trying to replace the other 3.
I phoned customer service 3 times about this. I left 2 voicemail messages. I sent 2 emails and I officially completed a return request (warranty) on their website. All without any response after 2 weeks.

Customer service = zero!
Product quality = not far from zero

Very disappointing...
a zero star should be the rating

November 2020 Update: Following my comments on Google, an Artika Representative contacted me and I received free replacement fixtures. This is a much appreciated gesture. Hoping that these lights will be more durable than the first 6 I bought. So I put 3 stars instead of one star.

The electric components are cheapest of the cheap, and mine failed after 2 years of use.

Artika, your marketing says 25,000 hours of use, yet your electric driver/converter won't last a fraction of that.

The LED promise failed with these guys.

I purchased a light fixture made by Artika and found out it was missing a few pieces. I called in to their support line and they were extremely helpful.

The support representative I spoke to, Taraneh Maghsoodloo, was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to help me get the missing parts I needed. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and left me feeling confident that everything was being taken care of.

The level of support I received was amazing. I can highly recommend that if you ever see a nice item by Artika, do not hesitate to grab it! If there is any issues, they have your back.

I have a 4-bulb pendant light over my kitchen island. It's an Essence model I believe. One of the bulbs has gone out. While that's not good in terms of the quality of the product, the customer service has been excellent. I online chatted and explained what happened. Today I received a brand new fixture. It took all of 3-4 days to arrive. It was totally hassle free.

I never had such a great experience with customer service! They asked for my address and number information so that they can send me a whole new fixture at no cost! I am so happy with there service! I purchased the LED under counter lights from Cost...

I purchased the LED under counter lights from Costco. They are a nice addition for my kitchen and don't require an electrician to install.
After about a week one set of LEDs would no longer turn off. I shuttered at the fact I had to call customer service, but after contacting Artika customer support I was pleasantly surprised. After explaining my problem they immediately processed my claim and sent me a replacement set of lights.
Wow 5 star rating for sure.

We recently purchased a 5-pendant LED light fixture at Home Depot which we had professionally installed. After installation we noticed that the light suddenly began to flash in no particular pattern or time period. After looking at the instruction manual that came with the fixture I called customer service and after explaining the problem was very pleasantly surprised when told it sounded like there was a defect in the light and a replacement fixture would be shipped to me. The customer representative was extremely polite and helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company if this is the kind of customer service they provide.

We chose model GB390L-C1BL. It was exactly what we needed & it looks great. It has a classy look to it & of course, being an LED, makes it energy efficient! It was very easy to install as well!

Great ceiling light. Really stupid idea to put the warning sticker on the light cover...I had to soak the cover in hot water to try to dissolve the glue. 1 hour later still not clean. If a small number of customers are so dense that they need a warning label telling them to screw the cover on...why punish the rest of us?

One of thee best companies for customer service I've encountered in a long time. They stand behind their products like no other company. I purchased (my third) Champagne 5 light track for my final bathroom reno. One of the glass lights fell and broke. I wrote them an email and within a couple of days I get a tracking number that they are shipping me a replacement. That's good customer service, BUT...they sent me a spare one too! That's excellent customer service. There must have been an issue with the glue holding these glass fixtures on because another one fell. I contacted the company and within two days they told me they are shipping me a complete replacement light fixture. I will recommend Artika to anyone who will listen. That's how you do business!

Poor service, waited a full 3 weeks for an answer on a request for spare parts, and they do not hold parts. They finally replied that I have to buy another full fixture to replace the single broken decorative glass lens. What a waste of money. And what am I supposed to do with the remains of the other new fixture? Throw it? Do not reccomend.

So far wonderful response to an issue I was having with a Voltz outdoor wall
lantern. It is an LED bubble glass unit that failed just after a year. Very limited use, however Artika customer service is sending me a replacement unit. I rated a 4 out of five because the service has been great, but I am disappointed at the failure.

I ordered a part for a light fixture through Home Depot. I gave them a different shipping address from my own but when I got the confirmation from Artika they were shipping the part to me. Even though it wasn't Artika's fault for the error, they shipped another one to the proper address without any additional charge. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We got these under the cabinet lights and they are great until they weren't. They started coming on and off on their own and sometimes go totally haywire like they were possessed

I called tye company and spoke with Hanna, she was fantastic. Very personable and took all my information to send out a new unit.

We have never had an issue with Artika, in fact all the lighting in our home is Artika. This was an anomaly and its being replaced. Excellent customer service as always and a very happy customer.

We received our parcel, in the mail and couldn't be more delighted! She also suggested we view lighting, made by Artika and sent us information, in this regard. Really GREAT Customer Service. I called Artika today to get help with replacement parts for an out of stock pendant light that was no longer available through the retailer. I was truly amazed at how good the customer service was. (I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but in this case I was so pleased ...) Customer service was easy to get too. Picked up the phone promptly. Very helpful even though I had little information. The part I needed was not available but the resolution to my situation was outstanding. Absolutely delighted and will certainly continue to purchase their products.

Absolutely disappointed with Artika's customer service. I have been calling numerous times a day, for over a week, without being able to get through to an agent. I am usually put on a hold and then eventually disconnected. I have left voice mails, and sent a number of emails with no response.

I had originally reached out through Facebook messenger with a price match request which was approved by a supervisor. I am now trying to get in touch in order to PURCHASE the product and it has been impossible to get through.

I guess Artika is not interested in selling their products....?

I can't imagine what it would be like to get through if there was an issue with the product given that I am not receiving any responses when I am trying to purchase!

Good product, excellent customer service. Bought under cabinet lights at Costco. They were well made a a good value for what I paid. Had one small issue with one of the wire connectors not working properly. Rather than returning to Costco, I emailed the company directly. Received a response first thing the next morning from Oliver in customer service. He apologized for any inconvenience and immediately shipped me a replacement (with a tracking number). Nice to see a company that still values customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.

I was shipped the wrong replacement, and instead of shipping the correct one, I was shipped an entirely new shower caddy all the way from Canada! Customer service is phenomenal.
