Poor service, waited a full 3 weeks for an answer ...

Poor service, waited a full 3 weeks for an answer on a request for spare parts, and they do not hold parts. They finally replied that I have to buy another full fixture to replace the single broken decorative glass lens. What a waste of money. And what am I supposed to do with the remains of the other new fixture? Throw it? Do not reccomend.
