Beware -- Artika products sold by Costco are not supported. Costco says they won't accept returns because Artika won't accept return. Here's what Artika told me when I told them my lamp failed after 2 years:

"We manufactured the requested Horizon exclusively for Costco:

As Costco has short sales cycles, unfortunately we have completely depleted the inventory.
For the products mentioned below, when the item is not operational or defective we usually advise clients to replace the unit directly with the Retailer:

No parts could resolve the issue as the bulbs are directly incorporated into the unit and we do not have Ballasts/Power-supplies available as a part.
It is very unfortunate that for this particular unit we do not have adapters/ballasts. Please be aware that since 2015 Artika offers Parts Care Services for Customer purchases at reasonable prices in order to extend the usage of all new released products. Artika now holds various parts for periods up to 10-Years."
