We purchased a light fixture but didnt install for a few months. When we opened it up to install we had a damaged part. To late to return to store so contacted Artika for help. They came through for us. I would recommend artika products to everyone. We love the fixture and the customer service is the best i have encountered from any company. Thank-you Julie Campeau.

My product arrived with two cracked and broken diffusers. However, once I was able to speak with an agent they handled my request for replacement in a very quick and efficient manner. I received my claim email from Hanna, and she responded immediately to all my follow-up questions. This was excellent customer service. Hopefully everything arrives quickly.

Contacted Artika, they confirmed that product was discontinued and no more stock available. They offered me either get refund from store or pick a similar product from there website, I got a replacement product instead. Excellent customer service!

He was super helpful and responded very quickly to my questions. He resolved my installation malfunction by having a new item shipped to me. I was not expecting that! I am truly appreciative that there is a company that stand behind their products. Super customer service!

Hanna Shade was kind, efficient and quick to remedy a problem with a light. It is obvious that Artika has taken customer service to a much higher level than most companies. I will certainly choose Artika products when given the choice.
Based on this experience alone, I can recommend Artika as a company that stands behind their products. This was the best customer service experience that I have had in a very very long time... Way to go Artika!! Thank-you!!

Customer Service is brutal. Emailing to support@artika.com is unresponsive. I had to call customer service multiple times to get a replacement part for one of their chandeliers that I own. After finally getting them to generate a sales quote for the replacement part I promptly paid for it the next day. After 3 weeks from making my payment I still have not received the part. I left a voicemail yesterday checking on the status and now I get an email from them this morning with a tracking number that they are finally shipping it. Very frustrating to deal with especially that they are making me pay for a part that fell apart on their chandelier. Unfortunately the warranty no longer covered the chandelier. Artika makes some beautiful light fixtures but customer service needs some work.

Our sink arrived with a crack through the corner. I took pictures and e-mailed the company service center and they had a new sink mailed out the same day. A little inconvenient, but mistakes do happen and it very well could have been the shipping company's fault. Great customer service!

Apologized for the inconvenience and sent a replacement order to their warehouse. We now have a brand new fixture installed. Can t say enough regarding top notch customer service. Many thanks!

I spent half hr online chat with rep CSR9 who said she/he would get started on my warranty claim to find out 21 days later after a call with message left with no response to me calling again and finally find out no claim had been logged. New person Julie (no last name given) finally submitted my claim for lights that turn themselves on. Now hopefully I will get lights in next 2 weeks

Julie was very quick at responding to our initial request and continuously kept us updated on the progress explaining each steps and setting expectations and then did better than committed. I recently purchased one of Artika's products (an ...

I recently purchased one of Artika's products (an Under Cabinet LED fixture) from a third party seller. It performed flawlessly and as advertised for the first few weeks. It then started to intermittently ignore hand motions to turn OFF and ON.

I called Artika's Customer Support and waited less than a minute to speak with Ariel, a very pleasant and efficient customer support specialist. I explained the problem and she immediately recognized it as a possibly faulty sensor. Without any further discussion she informed me that Artika would send me a replacement fixture (at no cost to me) and proceeded to get my mailing information and give me a confirmation number.

The entire process took less than 5 minutes. Within the next 15 minutes I received a detailed email from Ariel confirming the replacement, confirmation number and return process.

I give them 5+ stars for service, support and a great product!

I purchased an Artika U7 shower caddy from Costco and the mirror socket was defective. I called Artika directly and was answered by Hanna Shade. She greeted me with a very friendly welcoming tone and when I explained to her the problem, she acted immediately and checked if they have the parts needed for replacement. She could not find the replacement for the defective part and she sent me a whole new Shower Cady. I am very happy with this great level of customer service provided by Hanna. Artika's customer service rep Julie Campeau really made this experience with Artika renew my hope that their are still companies out there that still care about their customers. I have had a few really good exchanges with some of the companies that I either do business with or buy their products and I will say that Artika (because of Julie's caliper of customer service) is up there at the top of the list. Julie took the time to do some research to find the right part I needed for my U3 shower caddy and saw that I got it in a very timely manner. Artika should retain as many people with Julie's attitude as they can and their business will continue to thrive.

After purchasing a light fixture on the Artika website I had noticed that the same fixture was being sold in stores for a much lower price. When I had contacted customer service, James Ready, made every effort to help me resolve this price issue. James was extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient with solving my issue and with emailing me back. He made my experience shopping with Artika amazing! If he isn t already being praised for his customer service skills by the management team, please do so immediately. James Ready deserves a promotion or a pay raise!

This company is EXCELLENT. I bought a standing shower caddy of theirs from Costco about a year ago, and during a house move, the stopper on one of the sides got misplaced. Buying a brand new replacement for another $80, plus tax, seemed like a waste so I emailed them and asked if they could send just the missing small piece and inquiring how much it would cost. They sent me the replacement part without charging a penny two weeks later. Rare that you will find such excellent customer service in this day and age.

Bought a light from Costco and got it installed, only to discover that a piece of the crystal was broken. Called Atrika customer service and Tara was able to help me right away, sending me a replacement crystal, instead of me having to disassemble and return the product to Costco.
Even got a shipment tracking email the same day.

Had an issue with a defective finish on my outdoor lights. Contacted Artika, and Julie Campeau called me back. Julie was outstanding to say the least. She immediately acknowledged my concerns, and offered to send out replacement fixtures right away. Amazing customer service to say the least. Once the new fixtures arrived, I had some difficulty installing them as they were smart fixtures and it turns out my wifi signal to the front of the house was not great. Again, Julie helped as much as she could (always prompt at replying to emails), and she eventually had me contact Mathieu who assisted me via FaceTime to help with the install. This company and these two individuals in particular are exceptional examples of outstanding customer service and standing behind what you sell. I highly recommend Artika products!
