I purchased this beautiful Artika chandelier that eventually discoloured and was defective so I called the customer service department and I explained my situation and they were so helpful and understanding of my situation! I never had such a great experience with customer service! They asked for my address and number information so that they can send me a whole new fixture at no cost! I am so happy with there service!
