Absolutely disappointed with Artika's customer ser...

Absolutely disappointed with Artika's customer service. I have been calling numerous times a day, for over a week, without being able to get through to an agent. I am usually put on a hold and then eventually disconnected. I have left voice mails, and sent a number of emails with no response.

I had originally reached out through Facebook messenger with a price match request which was approved by a supervisor. I am now trying to get in touch in order to PURCHASE the product and it has been impossible to get through.

I guess Artika is not interested in selling their products....?

I can't imagine what it would be like to get through if there was an issue with the product given that I am not receiving any responses when I am trying to purchase!
