Hanna was friendly and efficient! She told me she is a new employee, to boot! She provided excellent service, by following up on something going back months. We received our parcel, in the mail and couldn't be more delighted! She also suggested we view lighting, made by Artika and sent us information, in this regard. Really GREAT Customer Service. Thank-you Hanna! We have two Artika products, which we purchased at Costco and we really like. Now we intend to buy more!
