The replacement of the LED light unit was shipped out on the same day and I received the package in two days. I didn't expect this fast! The replacement unit looks good and is functioning well. Over the past 4 years I have been replacing most of the incandescent and CFL, and Florescent fixtures in my house with the Artika products. This includes both indoor and outdoor products. I got the indoor units at Costco and the outdoor units at Lowes. I have been very satisfied with the performance, but after four years, 2 of the 11 units had partial failures and required replacement. The support team at Artika has been very responsive and after providing proof of purchase, and pictures of the failed units, they have shipped me replacements at no cost and no hassle.

I am very satisfied with the Artika ceiling lights that I recently bought, because they are of very good quality, they are beautiful and effective, but what surprised me the most is the service afterwards. the sale was impeccable, a big thank you to Mari- Pier, customer service of Artika, who was very courteous and she settled my case in a very short time. The same can not be said of many other businesses today.
It is certain that I will favor Artika products during my next home renovations.

Got 4 outdoor wall lights from Costco. However, the Canadian winter and rain did a number on them, wearing out the reflective coating. I contacted customer support, and after showing them pictures, they promptly offered to replace the lights, inclusive of shipping. Gotta love when a company stands behind their products. I'll continue to buy Artika lights!!

We purchased a wonderful set of contemporary style Artika Bristol Indoor/Outdoor LED Wall Sconce lights at Costco, but after installing all eight units, one refused to operate (additional checks confirmed the fact).
I contacted Artika Warranty through online chat, and Adrian Azor collected all required information and told me that we will continue our dialogue through email. He kept his promise, and considering that all other lights are bright (at only 7W!!!) and working well, I am giving 5 Starts.

I've ordered several Artika products from both Home Depot and Costco. I've only encountered 1 issue with a floor lamp that didn't stand straight and had a tilt. Artika's customer service was great and created a replacement order for me. Haven't received the replacement yet but I'm confident all will be ok. I highly recommend Artika's products. They look great and are priced fairly with great customer service.

We bought 6 lights for our new condos at Costco made by Artika. They were really beautiful, but the 'catch' is that the lights all stopped working after 4-5 years of life. Costco does not take returns and Artika without washing your hands. We are told that it is normal for a $ 100 fixture to have a lifespan of 4-5 years. It looks like disposable ... very disappointing

I am amazed at the wonderful customer service Artika provided to me! Jose Sanchez, in particular, was outstanding!!! I had ordered an Artika light fixture from Home Depot and 4 days later, received an email that my order was cancelled because it wasn't in stock. First of all, HD should update their website rather than letting the customer create an order and then have it cancelled on them without warning! I really wanted the Artika light so I went on the website and found it, but it was priced $20 higher. I know this isn't a significant price difference but I asked Artika if the light was in stock and if they could price match to Home Depot. They were able to answer all of my questions and price match for me within less than 30 minutes. I am super impressed by this, and their willingness to work with the customer! They truly went the extra step and because of this, I HIGHLY recommend them and will be much more inclined to buy directly from them in the future, rather than trying to go through Home Depot. I can't wait for my light fixture to arrive - I read great reviews about it and am confident it will be a beautiful addition to my home. Thank you Artika and Jose!!!

I have spoke with 2 people from this company both always polite,never left me on hold long without checking on me and letting me know what was going on, these people in my opinion go above and beyond and are a perfect example of what customer service truly means! Id give 10 stars if i could! I will definitely recommend to all my clients. Thank you so much for what you guys do i know not all of us are easy to put up with.
And just some advice for people coming from someone that use to be in customer service, maybe if your not rude when you call people will be more willing to go above and beyond. The customer service representative didn't do anything wrong so lets not be rude to these people for no reason.

To follow up my request for replacement of the luminaire, I want to thank you for the excellent after-sales service. I received the replacement fixture on Tuesday and it works very well.

The lighting of these luminaires is fantastic and we plan to install others to replace existing lighting. We talked to friends who, as we were not happy with the traditional lighting.

When you call a company about a warranty issue, you expect to get a bit of a hard time. But my experience with Mercy at Artika was a pleasant and successful as can be. A new item will be shipped out quickly to replace the defective one. In fact, my time on the Artika webiste exposed me to the wide range of beautiful lighting solutions, and I expect to shop here again.

The light fixtures are original; each design having its own character in a variety of styles that complement many decors. They truly are jewelry for a room. The quality of the light fixtures elevates the room. I purchased 3 of the lights (Carter, Biplan and Angelic); each distinct and each beautiful. I encountered a delivery issue with the Biplan (damaged in transit by the courier company). Artika's CSR was quick to respond with a replacement light fixture at no cost to me. Joanna J. was an absolute professional throughout our conversation and resolved what could have been a very stressful situation. I definitely recommend the company for the quality of its lights and customer service. (PS - The lights are easy to install.)

Beyond and above customer service from Joanna! I had contacted Artika seeing if they had a replacement part for my chandelier that had a cracked glass bulb, and they did not. Instead, they are sending me an entirely brand new chandelier free of charge and no shipping expenses. I did not have to explain how the glass became cracked, where it was purchased, no proof of receipt, Joanna simply took care of it for me. Such a hassle free experience. When the fixtures arrived I noticed that one of the boxes was missing some of the parts necessary for proper installation. Upon contacting the company I found the customer service to be superb. I ordered a product directly from Artika. It arrived with a few scratches and a small dent in the aluminum housing.
So I reached out to their customer service. She was very nice on the phone and took care of everything for me.
