I recently purchased an Artika Swirl floor lamp. It is very beautiful but unfortunately it was damaged on arrival. I called Artika s customers service and spoke with their agent Hanna who was very friendly, understanding and helpful and a replacement floor lamp is already on its way in less than 24 hours from my call. It was a hassle free experience.
