Paid at 9:30 and refused release of vehicle until Monday. Representative was rude on the telephone. I understand it is a business, but you don't take my money and keep my property for three days. God have mercy on you.

My car was repossessed and when I got there my car looked like it had been ransacked. There was a Pepsi van with side thrown on the floor damaging my property. They stole my 5 year old s iPhone as well. This is already tough situations that people are dealing with and they are kicking people when they re down.
Tried calling all day to set up a appointment to go get my car. Nobody answered even left my name an number to receive a call back,which never got a call back. Finally tried calling again an the woman that answered the phone was very rude. They have no compassion for people an do not even no the circumstances why car was repoed. Every body goes through a hard time in life an situations change. After making the payment to get my car back to GM financial which gave me 4 days to come up with the money and that included the weekend and a holiday I was not able to get my car back today. The lady that runs the office told me I could only make a appointment online an would not let me come get my car if I was going to be 5 minutes late getting there even though the office is open til 530 pm . I have not received my car back yet an I'm just praying it is nothing wrong. I just wish people had a little more compassion for people an were not so rude. I may not have means to get on internet to make arrangements. Even I can't afford my car I'm sure not going to have internet.
The tow truck that services Greensboro literally followed me everywhere I went and was even caught looking in my Garage. I told him to leave my property he said "im getting this car no matter what" it was 2 men in the and I have teenage daughters. Im not sure what they where trying to do but they waited on my property for while. These are illegal practices.
Have a video from my surveillance of one of their tow men loading up the WRONG vehicle at 12 am and he was looking for my husbands car that we surrendered months ago because of being laid off. My car is paid in full and same make and model but color, vin and tags are not the same.Once the man looked at the tags AFTER he had my car loaded up, then runs to DROP it and drive off from our driveway pretty fast...my husband called them after seeing their logo on the truck to tell them we already had his car surrendered to another company and the woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and even hung up on my husband! Also this is not the first time they have creeped up in our driveway at odd hours at night. Normally I would take to leaving a bad review if We cannot communicate effectively with management.
This place is a joke in the state of VA the repo company has 24 hours to get your personal property to you. I was told that I could not recover my property because the lot was not open on Wednesdays. Not only that I tried to make an appointment on line and was told that my vehicle was not found. I was told by the nasty woman who answers the phone that it was because I was trying to use Wednesday as the date to pick up. No I could not even get to that step. They can keep the car I want my personal property and tags.
They have terrible customer service and will steal your personal belongings out of your vehicle and claim they were disposed of after 30 days. I know that nobody would throw away a gang box full of welding equipment. My nephew had the truck repoed the tools had my name on them and they wouldn t work with me at all. Just plain sorry greedy folks I hope someone at that place knows the golden rule.
Negative 0 stars. This company need to be sued!!!! I was trying to obtain my property including tags from my car and they Refused to grant me the chance. Intially, i tried to go about it the way they instructed me..booking an apointment on their website. I did that and they never even responded. After waiting 3 days i called them and they claimed it was nothing in my car. A Straight Lie!!!!!! I had multiple things in my car as anyone would. I called them again today got a lady that was extremely nasty and rude, refuse to help me in anyway. She just kept saying go back online without giving me any type of address or anyway for me to pick up my stuff. They literally will take your car and make up rules as they go.
Have to call to set up appointment in order to get your car. If there are no appointments available, you cannot get your car and you will be charged by the day for their unavailability. Horrible business practices, ethics, morals. If I am unable to get my car tomorrow due to their unavailability, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.
John was the best. The situation was beyond our control and he was just doing his job. However he went above and beyond by being upfront and listening. Everyone goes through something but communicating with him made his job easier and mine. Thanks John for being human! MC,SC

Went to pick up my car, I had items missing out of my car! I showed up on time and they were trying to leave before I arrived. Very unprofessional and never looked at my Identification to verify who picked up a car.
Worst "Recovery" company ever! My car was wrongly taken and was returned in worse condition than it was taken in! Bumper all messed up, gas GONE, concrete driveway RUINED! Absolutley horrible!
They steal your property I had money missing from them tools stolen from them they need new staff completely to Karen don t lie saying your the manager when you are not
When my car 1st got reposed I spoke to someone kind and understanding. I made an appointment with her to come and get my items and did. I got the money to pay off my vehicle within that week and immediately faxed a copy of the cashiers check to Ford Motor Credit so that they would not auction my car. After receiving over $12,000 to pay off my vehicle I was ready to pick it up only to find out they moved it from 15 mins away to over 3 hrs away! I called back Premier just so that I could calculate the distance from their location to the location in North Carolina so that when I talk to Ford again I could explain the crazy measures they took to move a vehicle away when the knew it was going to be paid off. Rhonda was the person that answered at Premier she was extremely rude and condescending. I explained I wasn t upset w them and just wanted the to address to calculate; she refused to give me a number or address. After hanging up I realized it was texted to me so that I could get my personal belongings. So I got what I needed but now because of her I will make it a personal goal to complain to anyone who will listen about this situation. It is uncalled for to be disrespectful, rude and condescending to someone who is already hurt and suffering from a situation that was out of their control. My income changed because the person I was taking care of died. That personal lost not only rocked my world but altered everything else in my life. My home, car, childcare all at risk of also being taken away and adding insult to injury are all other bills now drowning me. Where is the compassion for people; you never know what someone is going through and to continually be degraded is unacceptable. I didn t cuss, I didn t yell. All I wanted was a distance.
