Everyone at Artesian Title was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I initially worked with Alexa on the pre-closing team and she made every step of the process extremely easy. Daniel worked with me at closing and he is fabulous. He explains every step of the closing, answers any questions fully, AND keeps you laughing. In addition to the lovely staff Artesian Title also helped me close the deal on a very tight timeline. There was not a single hiccup in the entire process and I'm extremely grateful for Daniel and the team! PS...if you ask nicely they might allow you to pop a few confetti cannons closing!!!
