We recently purchased a home in Fort Lauderdale. It was the first home purchase where we worked directly with a Title Company and we were a little concerned about using that process versus having an attorney handle all the paperwork. Robert Patterson(Who it it turns out is part of a team of 4 attorneys) from Artesian Title was FANTASTIC in helping us navigate the process.
