It was a pleasure working with Daniel and his team over at Artesian. He helped us work through a difficult experience of first time home buying that included an adventure of an unresponsive sellers Realtor whose expertise does not seem to be in real estate, and a tenant who was still living in the house at the original closing date. Despite all the obstacles, Daniel and his team did a wonderful job and ensured a closing as smooth as it could get. Therefore we highly recommend them.
