Alexa Grivas was incredible during my title transfer and loan assumption. Anytime I needed help, she responded within minutes to email, always gave me perfect instructions, and kept me apprised of all updates. This was not my first mortgage, and by far this was my most positive experience and that was entirely because of the expertise and friendliness of the lawyers and staff at Artesian Title. I hope to never have to buy another house, but I'm definitely going back there if I need to.
