Alexa is an AWESOME part of my team!! I was one of the agent's on the Shervin A. transaction, and I can tell you that Alexa and her team went above and beyond to get a very difficult transaction closed. My regular title person retired right after the crash of 2007/2008 and I bounced around to different companies because I couldn't find someone who provided old fashioned customer service to myself and my clients until I met Alexa at Artesian Title. Many of my Sellers are elderly and are not adept at using technology. Many Title people cannot cope with this and get frustrated. Alexa and her amazing team go above and beyond to make every one of my clients feel special and do whatever it takes to make them comfortable even if that means signing documents the old fashioned way with a pen and paper. I find that a lot of people in the real estate industry are annoyed by phone calls ---- not Alexa, everyone is given her direct line and she usually answers the phone if she is in the office. One can hear the smile in her voice even when the going gets tough. I would strongly recommend Alexa to anyone needing the services of a Title company in Orlando.
