The people at Artesian Title walked me through what felt like a complicated 1031 Exchange transaction and they made it seem relatively easy. They communicated with me often with status updates and acknowledgments of what was needed and what they received. They also made Closing easy on me by sending a closing agent to my home, on my schedule, to sign all the docs rather than requiring me to come to their office. As a real estate investor, I ve worked with numerous title companies and these folks have performed better than most.
