Lee came by my house and figured out why I was living in a frigid house on one of the coldest days this year. Fixed the problem and even made sure all my other "stuff" was working properly on my furnace. He made three girls very happy day (one being a cat!) Very grateful. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy he was there!
