We had issues with our intake plugging up with snow right from the time we bought our furnace from Arpi s in 2017 and previously were not able to get ANY help from service personnel UNTIL TODAY! We had the same problem in the snowy weather this morning and called Arpi s again for help and a technician VANESSA came and right away spotted the problem and took positive steps to rectify the problem. We wish we would have gotten her the very first time we called back in 2017!!! It would have saved us A LOT OF GRIEF AND ANXIETY every time it snowed!!!! Thank you very much Vanessa!!!
