Just purchased and had installed the high end Goodman furnace - it's nice to have heat again. Dealt primarily with Kirk Turnbull who was awesome and super accomodating. I had some problems with the set up of the wifi on the app and Kirk made every attempt to get it right, including getting his IT guy (Seth) to come over. They set me up and it works great now.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk and his team to anyone else.
